 Ranma
Saotome. Saotome is Ranmas last name. Tendo is the family he is living with. Genma is his father's name. Hibiki is the last name of his rival.
Tendo. Akane is the object of affection for every boy in school. If they can beat her in a martial arts duel, she will date them. This often leads to much hilarity.
a girl. He changes into a girl when he gets splashed with cold water. This is why the show is called 'Ranma 1/2'.
being hit with cold water. Cold water turns him into a girl, but hot turns him back into a boy.

Ryouga. Unfortunately for Ryouga, an encounter with the magic changing pools leaves him a changeling as well.

a panda. Genma knew that the pool would turn Ranma into something, but he kicked him off the pole anyway. He then complained that his son was not all man.

a girl. He fell into Jusenkyo, "spring of drowned girl". When he first arrived at the Tendo house he was in his female form so when he turned back into his male version everyone was shocked (except his dad).
nothing. She's never been to China, so she wouldn't have been to Jusenkyo and if she hasn't been to Jusenkyo then there's no chance of her turning into anything!
a duck. He walked into the "spring of drowned duck". He was the first one that walked into the spring himself.
cats. He goes crazy if he sees one, but because he goes crazy he made up a new technique known as "Nekoken" (cat fist).
Shampoo. She came looking for female version of Ranma because Ranma once won a fight with her. As she is an amazon woman it is the rules to kill someone that won against you IF you give them a kiss of death (which she did)!
Akane's. Akane keeps saying that Ranma is bullying P-chan, but really, Ranma knows who "it" is and they are real rivals (well, the "pet" thinks that).
a pig. Well technically P-chan is a black piglet. "It" was nearly cooked by the Jusenkyo guide and Genta.
Ryoga. He fell into Jusenkyo because of Ranma. He's got a crush on Akane as well and he has the most worst sense of direction. (e.g the door's to the left and he wonders off to the right.)
No one. It's not mentioned. Maybe there is someone that fell into "spring of drowned bear"; that we don't know! Ukyo and Nabiki doesn't turn into anything. Nabiki is Akane's Sister, so if Akane hasn't been to Jusenkyo then Nabiki won't have either. Jusenkyo is the place were there's lots of springs possessed with evil spirits.
a panda. He was the one who brought Ranma to Jusenkyo and he is Ranma's father so Ranma has to follow him everywhere he goes. When Ranma was about one year old Genma sold him to this guy for food then stole him back.

Nabiki Tendo. Nabiki was the most eager one because Ranma was going to inherit the Tendo dojo and the family wealth. Akane was irritated to hear that any one of her sisters, including her, was going to get engaged to a man they have never met before. Kasumi was not eager as well, in fact she felt nervous and panicked about it.

Sasuke Sarugakure. Sasuke Sarugakure is the Kuno Family's ninja, and as he was spying on Akane, Kasumi and the girl Ranma, he saw everyone each take a piece. He also had pictures to prove it.

Pantyhose Taro. Pantyhose Taro has also been bathed in one of the cursed springs of Jusenkyo, so because of Happosai he turns into a Minotaur with small crane wings. He hates Happosai for giving him such name. He wishes to have the name "Awesome Taro" instead. He has to make Happosai agree to the name before he changes it.
