Lanie Kellis. Lanie Kellis was brought in as a civilian auditor of the Barn's activities. Her initial interest is in Vic and the Strike team, but David has her follow Dutch around instead. Lucinda Jenney played Lanie for about six episodes in season two. Lucinda was also the waitress in "Thelma and Louise", doctor Lt. Blondell in "G.I. Jane" and Kathy in "S.W.A.T."
