Frank Grimes Jr.. 'Junior' wanted to avenge his father's death, as Homer had caused Frank Grimes Sr.'s death in "Homer's Enemy". In "The Great Louse Detective", the Springfield Police Force enlists the help of Bob, who they consider to be the craziest homicidal man in America. This is similar to how Hannibal Lecter is consulted in "The Silence of the Lambs". Homer and Marge list Homer's enemies as Mr. Burns, Fat Tony, the Emperor of Japan, ex-president Mr. George Bush, the late Frank Grimes, PBS, Stephen Hawking, 'the fat little Dixie Chick', and the state of Florida.

Bart. In "Day of the Jackanapes", Krusty claimed he was retiring from show business, but he made his fifth return from retirement because he missed the spotlight.
Cecil. Cecil, Bob's younger brother, returns when Bob is released from prison in "The Brother From Another Series", and plans to flood Springfield by building a faulty dam. Bart and Lisa catch him out, but when the police arrive to arrest Cecil, they end up arresting Bob again as well.

Krusty. In "Sideshow Bob's Last Gleaming", he threatens the town with an atomic bomb, which we later find out was 'Best Before November 1959'. Krusty still appears on TV via the Emergency Broadcast System, so Bob kidnaps Bart and takes him on a kamikaze mission in the Wright Brothers' plane out to the alkali flats in the Springfield Badlands, to kill Krusty the Klown. He is foiled yet again.

Mayor. After being paroled yet again, he wins the election from Joe Quimby because the election was rigged. Bart and Lisa discover that all of the 'people' who were listed as having voted for Bob were actually dead animals or people, whose graves are all at Springfield Cemetaries. Bob orders for a new road to be built through the Simpson house, and it was going to be called the Matlock Expressway.

Rakes. In the episode "Cape Feare", The family is forced to move because Bob is paroled from jail and is determined to kill Bart. They move to Terror Lake as the Thompsons, but when drifting downstream in their houseboat, Bart once again foils Bob's plans by using his last wish to ask Bob to sing the entire score of the "H.M.S. Pinafore".
Selma. In "Black Widower", he marries Selma and almost kills her on their wedding night, but Bart uncovers his plan. Selma marries Bob (as well as Troy McClure and also Lionel Hutz, but she never marries Apu like once asked to), Marge marries Homer, Jacqueline marries Marge's father (and almost Grampa and Mr. Burns), and Patty almost marries Principal Skinner.
