Equinox. The Nova Class starship USS Equinox was encountered in the Delta Quadrant by the Voyager crew in the fifth season episode "Equinox, Part I".
Hera. We learn that the USS Hera, commanded by Geordi's mother, was lost in the episode "The Interface" which was first shown in "TNG's" seventh and last season.
Pegasus. The Pegasus was carrying an illegal Cloaking Device prototype which caused a mutiny on board the ship. This was detailed in the seventh season "TNG" episode "The Pegasus".
Dauntless. The slipstream vessel "Dauntless" was a trap set by the alien Arturis to get revenge on them. He planned to trap them and have them assimilated by the Borg. This was seen in the fourth season "Voyager" episode "Hope and Fear".
