Roxann Dawson. Voyager's chief engineer, B'Elanna Torres is a Klingon-Human hybrid. She has a volatile temper and can be very aggressive but she also has a caring and sensitive side which can be seen in her relationship with Tom Paris, the ship's pilot.
Jennifer Lien. Kes joined Voyager's crew after the ship was thrown into the Delta quadrant by the Caretaker. Her time on Voyager was spent mainly in the company of the ship's new cook, Neelix. Kes left the ship at the end of the 3rd season but made a guest appearance in the 6th season.
Tim Russ. Tuvok, the ship's Chief of Security, is a vulcan and one of the captain's oldest friends. He and the captain served aboard another ship together in years previous to them joining Voyager's crew. Tuvok is adept at strategising and in keeping the ship secure, but his lack of social skills becomes a problem with some of the other senior officers.
Kate Mulgrew. Kathryn Janeway, Voyager's steely captain, is always ready for a challenge. She has conquered the Hirogen, Species 8472 and even the Borg. Leaving behind a loving fiancee on Earth, she soon realises that the opportunity of continuing a relationship with him is highly improbable and, therefore, makes some unlikely connections.
Jeri Ryan. Seven of Nine, or Anika Hansen, was a little girl whom the Borg assimilated, and matured into an adult drone. She was freed from the collective by the Voyager crew, and apart from some early attempts to return to the Borg, she has had a very productive life as a member of Voyager's crew. Capturing the affections of the holographic doctor as well as Commander Chakotay, she reassumes her human life with much finesse and strength.
Robert Beltran. Chakotay, a former Maquis member, is adopted by the Voyager crew as the second in charge, or Commander. Although at first it seems that his affections lie in the Captain's direction, we later see them focussed on to the resident ex-drone. A valuable member of the crew, Chakotay combines the mysticism of his Native American culture with the technology of the 24th century.
Robert Duncan McNeill. Tom Paris, Voyager's chief pilot and love interest of the chief engineer, is an ex-convict who is sentenced to serve on Voyager for the duration of it's mission as his probationary return to civil life. When Voyager is stranded 70,000 light-years from home, he makes a new life for himself on the ship, proving himself to be a changed man from the petty criminal he once was. As well as being a talented holo-novellist, he marries a fellow shipmate and has a child onboard.
Ethan Phillips. Neelix the Talaxian, Voyager's chef and Ambassador and Godfather to the first child born on Voyager - Naomi Wildman.
"Hunters". The crew received their first letters from home. Janeway's was from Mark - saying how he had help out hope longer than most, found families for her dog's puppies - and married a co-worker. "Timeless" is the episode where Harry and Chakotay go back to an ice planet years after Voyager crashed into it - and all hands were lost. "Hope and Fear" is when an alien with good language skills finally decrypts the message Voyager had received in "Hunters" - and gives them a 'Federation' ship which will get them home. "Real Life" is the episode the Doctor creates a holographic family which was a little too perfect.
Finding the Equinox. She got a little too obsessed with finding the ship - and almost killed a member of the Equinox crew as a result. Janeway also threatened to relieve Tuvok of his duties - but he backed down after hearing that threat. Perhaps Tuvok knew that she needed at least some level-headed advice and that he couldn't do that confined to his quarters.
Pool. After walking into Sandrine's, she sees the pool table and pretends that she knows very little about the game. But when she breaks, we learn that she's actually very good.
Kes. The first time she thinks she has undergone the ritual, she finds out that everything she'd been through had been meaningless. When she figured that out, she underwent the true ritual and Kes was saved.
"Flashback". Tuvok was seeing a little girl falling off a precipice and couldn't remember the circumstances surrounding the memory. So Tuvok performed a mindmeld with Janeway so she could help him remember - and they ended up on the Excelsior. (It turns out that 'memory' wasn't a memory at all - it was a parasite.)
pecan. He enjoyed the pie very much. This is the episode where the crew finds a planet full of people who want to hear the crew's stories. Then some of Voyager's crew learn about some technology the natives have and ask to trade stories for the technology.
Crashed into another ship. Chakotay ended up destroying his ship after beaming his crew over to Voyager in "Caretaker." The Kazon were attacking and the only thing he could do was ram his ship into a Kazon one - luckily Voyager beamed him aboard at the last second.
Seska. Seska had been a Bajoran Maquis member - but soon after arriving in the Delta Quadrant she left Voyager and joined with the Kazon. And it turned out she wasn't Bajoran after all - she was actually a Cardassian sent to spy on the Maquis. Oh, and it turned out she wasn't pregnant with Chakotay's child after all - she was pregnant with the Kazon Mage's child. But she did have a thing for Chakotay and embarassed him on more than one occasion.
yes. In "Resolutions," Janeway tells Chakotay that they need to 'define parameters.' Chakotay goes on to say the he can't do that - but he can tell her a story. So he talks about an angry warrior who pledges himself to a woman warrior to help her tribe defend itself. It is this way that the angry warrior learns to be at peace with himself. Although he later admits his tribe doesn't have such a myth and that this is just how he could actually tell Kathryn how he felt, it is a nice story.
croutons. This is the first time we see Janeway and Chakotay together after she relieved him of his duties. She seemed to be trying to keep her distance form him, while he was making every effort to act like they were friends again. It seemed to work - at the end they put up the ship's plaque together.
"How do you feel about that?". This is from the episode "Hunters." In the 'teaser' for an upcoming season, we see an alternate version of this scene. In it, we see Janeway walking towards Chakotay in her ready room saying "So what'll it be, Chakotay? Indulge my feelings? Hold fast to protocal? What?" Chakotay replies "We'll have plenty of time to think about it" and she smiles back at him. It's too bad this wasn't the scene that was in the episode!
For all of the people who happened to think Chakotay and Janeway made a great couple, Chakotay ruined it in the last few episodes of the series. How did he upset so many fans? | "Star Trek: Voyager" - Janeway and Chakotay

had a romance with 7 of 9. In my opinion, 7 didn't deserve him. There's a great fan fiction which explains the relationship - 7 had been trying to 'test' human relationships and as soon as they reached the Alpha Quadrant, she and Chakotay went their separate ways. And it was Janeway who fell in love with a holodeck characer in "Fair Haven."
