 Survivor: Exile Island
| For the first time in the history of the game, the sixteen players were divided up into four tribes four. Which three of the four tribes shared the first immunity idol when they won immunity? | Sole Survivor 12 - "Panama - Exile Island"

La Mina, Bayoneta and Viveros. The survivors were divided into four tribes of four members each (younger women, younger men, older men and older women). The Bayoneta tribe (younger women) members were Courtney, Danielle, Misty and Sally. The Casaya tribe (older women) involved Cirie, Melinda, Ruth Marie and Tina. The La Mina tribe (older men) consisted of Bruce, Dan, Shane and Terry. The Viveros tribe (younger men) included Aras, Austin, Bobby and Nick. After Tina was voted out, the 15 remaining players were divided into two tribes. The Casaya tribe consisted of Aras, Bobby, Bruce, Cirie, Courtney, Danielle, Melinda and Shane. The La Mina tribe included Austin, Dan, Misty, Nick, Ruth Marie, Sally and Terry. After five more players were eliminated the two tribes merged. The newly formed Gitanos tribe consisted of Aras, Austin, Bruce, Cirie, Courtney, Danielle, Nick, Sally, Shane and Terry.
4 . Only four women made it to the merge. Sally, Courtney, Danielle and Cirie. Tina, Melinda, Misty and Ruth Marie were the first four contestants voted out.
No. Although he was hoping to, he was voted in tenth place. Just one tribal council short of making it to the jury.
Dan . When Dan was voted out at the sixth tribal council, his tribe mates stood up as a sign of showing respect.
Cirie. Tina voted against Cirie at the very first tribal council. The first person voted out of the game was Tina.
Aras Baskauskas. Cirie Fields from South Carolina was a 35 year old registered nurse. At 46 years, old Terry Deitz worked as an airline pilot/retired NAVY fighter pilot and was from Connecticut. Medical sales representative Danielle DiLorenzo was a 24 year old Massachusetts native. Aras Baskauskas from California was a 24 year old yoga instructor and the winner of one million dollars.
Shane Powers. Sally Schumann, the 27 year old social worker, was from Illinois. At 58 years old, California native Bruce Kanegai, worked as a karate instructor/high school art teacher. Courtney Marit was a 31 year old California resident and worked as a performance artist. Shane Powers was a owner of a entertainment marketing company and a 35 year old California resident.
Austin Carty. Bobby Mason was a 32 year old attorney from California. At 52 years old, Dan Barry was a retired astronaut from Massachusetts. Nick Stanbury, a 25 year old Arizona native, worked in financial sales. Austin Carty from North Carolina worked as an author and was 24 years old.
Misty Giles. Tina Scheer, a 45 year old from Wisconsin, worked as a logging sports promoter/performer. At 32 years old, Melinda Hyder was a singer and a native from Tennessee. Texas native Misty Giles worked as an engineer and was 24 years old. Originally from South Carolina, 48 year old Ruth Marie Milliman worked as a director of retail leasing.
Tina. Tina voted for Cirie. Tina Scheer was the lumberjill from Wisconsin.
worms. Misty took a break from looking for the hidden Immunity Idol. She did not have flint to start a fire for boiling water to drink or for warmth during her time on Exiled Island.
Austin and Nick. Austin was cut on his left foot, and Nick was cut on his left cheek. Both were bleeding but it was not life threatening.
coconut baseball. The younger men did not take building shelter or starting camp seriously. Aras suggested they use their body energy to figure out who was to start the fire. Nick made this comment about Aras: "Aras has a lot of ideas, but some of them are kind of hair-brained, like doing meditation to get fire."
Bruce. Bruce is also a karate instructor. He lives in California with his wife of 27 years.
Casaya. Casaya did not pull together as a team. The other three tribes received immunity. This episode was the only episode with all four tribes competing for immunity. Each of the three winning tribes received a skull as the Immunity Idol.
La Mina. The tribe consisted of Bruce, Dan, Terry and Shane. The older female tribe was called Casaya.
Bayoneta. The tribe consisted of Misty, Courtney, Sally and Danielle. The younger male tribe was called Viveros.
Misty. The younger female tribe played "Rock, Paper, Scissors" to determine who would stay on Exile Island.
Skull Crusher. This "Survivor" season started with four tribes of four members. One member from each tribe raced to crush skulls to find one of three amulets. The reward was flint to make fire. The team that did not find the amulet had to pick a tribe member to stay back on Exile Island. The exiled person stayed there until the Immunity Challenge.
Melinda and Shane. Melinda and Cirie both voted for Shane. The remaining five tribe members voted for Melinda. She was the second person voted out of the tribe.
Cirie. Cirie thought that if she was sent home by the tribe this early in the game, she would be disappointing herself.
Shane. After losing the Immunity Challenge, Shane was having a hard time accepting defeat. He missed his son, was having nicotine withdrawal, and wanted to be voted off the island.
Ruth Marie. Ruth Marie was sitting on Nick's shoulders when she placed the zombie head onto the body. Tribe La Mina won the Immunity Challenge.
Sally. Nick and Sally went out on the raft to see if they could catch some fish for the tribe. Neither of them knew what they were doing. Nick paddled out too far from shore. Sally was testing the spear and it fell out of her hand. She dove into the water to retrieve it, but the spear was lost. They came back empty handed and had to explain to the rest of the tribe what had happened.
Nick and Courtney. Tribes had to complete an obstacle course. Along the way, they collected long, wooden snakes. The tribe that crossed the finish line first with all of the snakes would win the Reward Challenge. Tribe La Mina won this challenge. The reward was fishing gear.
Bruce. Not being picked for a tribe has its advantages. Bruce was the first person to be on Exile Island. While there, he had a chance to look for the hidden Immunity Idol. He was also able to sit at the Tribal Council and then became a member of that tribe.
Terry and Danielle. The four tribes were told to stand on disks. Men on the dark colored one, and females on the light colored ones. The disks were flipped over. If a tribal buff was revealed, then that member became the tribe picker. The two new tribes were Casaya and La Mina.
papaya. Sally used a bamboo pole to knock down the papayas, and Courtney caught them. They sat on the beach to eat. Misty said "I am so happy I can hardly talk. We have food!"
Cirie. All three women were there trying to start the fire. Ruth Marie blew into the kindling. After an unsuccessful attempt, Melinda took her turn in trying to start the fire.
Ruth Marie. It was a 4-2 vote. (Dan and Ruth Marie voted for Sally. Terry, Sally, Austin, and Nick voted for Ruth Marie.)
Dannielle and Ruth Marie. These two had to empty water delivered to them into a drum which would raise them to release a tribe flag.
