Yes. Although Kim first turned Bobby down when he told her he was interested in her because she 'was not a good person' and because 'he deserves better' ("Sunny Like Sunshine"), they did eventually sleep together at the end of the episode "This Band of Brothers."

'After Hours'. Though 'After Hours' was the 7th episode of the second season, the first six episodes had storylines devoted to single characters: Sully, ('The Lost'), Faith ('Faith'), Doc ('Four Days'), Jimmy ('Jimmy's Mountain'), Kim ('Kim's Hope Chest') and Ty ('The Tys That Bind').

Alex. This was a great episode, in which Alex caught Jimmy cheating Brooke at their engagement party, and the information spread to everyone by the time the wedding rolled around. When the vicar asked if anyone knew a reason why they shouldn't get married, everyone started laughing.
'Act Brave'. Though their relationship is touched on in 'Sex, Lies and Videotape' and in 'Old Dogs, New Tricks,' they first get together in 'Act Brave,' when at the last scene of the episode is them in the shower together.
Ty. In the first part of the two-part episode, 'Superheroes,' Ty is shot in the leg during a fierce shootout in a Russian restaurant.

'Unleashed'. In the 'ER' episode 'Brothers and Sisters,' Dr. Susan Lewis gets a phone call from her young niece that she traces to New York City when she can't track down her sister or her niece. When she gets there, she is helped by Faith and Bosco, who take her around the city in an attempt to find her niece. The rest of the storyline plays out in the episode 'Unleashed.'

The amount of time that had passed since September 11th.. A very touching episode, in which the body of Alex's father (a fire chief) is found at Ground Zero, and members of the 'Hill Street Blues' cast guest star and reminisce about Alex's dad. I still cry every time I see it.
Fred. A big cliffhanger - when the lights go out all over the city, Fatih and Fred are trapped in an elevator, and he eventually suffers a heart attack.
