And of course the ring wasn't cubic zirconia; Daniel bought it from Tiffany's.
Amanda's. Daniel remembered the name of every other girl he had been with that week but Monday's girl, who was Amanda. He left his watch at her place, but couldn't remember that.
Fling to Ring in 60 Days. Sofia cruelly uses Daniel to research this article for her magazine "MYW", and test her theory. She announces the article on "Rise and Shine America", to Daniel's surprise and dismay. Afterwards, Daniel goes missing. No one can find him later on, even though he is needed at "Mode".
Purple, in support of finding a cure for Alzheimer's. Although the event she is attending is in support of breast cancer awareness, Wilhelmina wears a purple ribbon on her blazer. Marc comments on this, and Wilhelmina tells him that the purple went better with her outfit. "At least I'm supporting something," she tells him.
Alex. Daniel's brother, Alex, died, leaving Daniel in control of "Mode". Daniel knows that his father favored Alex, and he feels incompetent as editor of "Mode."
Gold. We first see him as he is giving Wilhelmina botox injections. He is indeed wearing a metallic gold tie, as well as a sweater featuring various shades of pink, and a black and white gingham collared shirt underneath.
Oh. My. God.. Amanda thought Betty was a Before for a before and after photo shoot "Mode" was doing, and she also asked if Betty was delivering something, but only after her initial reaction, which was, "Oh. My. God."

He was camp, spiteful, cutting and materialistic, but, an episode in series three of 'Ugly Betty' revealed a startling piece of information! Betty Suarez, and her boss Daniel Meade, found the home of St. Pierre after a strange series of events and they found out that Suzuki was far from the personality he adopted on screen.
