Aaron. Lynn is Aaron's wife and Logan is their son. Jake is Jake Kane, Lilly and Duncan's father. Lynn Echolls is played by Lisa Rinna and Aaron Echolls is played by Harry Hanlin. Jake Kane is played by Kyle Secor.

Neptune. Veronica Mars is played by Kristen Bell. She attends Neptune High, where she used to be popular, but is now a social outcast.
yes. Carrie accuses Mr. Rook of seducing her, but Veronica comes to his defense and proves that Carrie is lying. After further investigation, Veronica discovers the story is true, but it was Susan who was the victim, and she was too afraid to speak out.
No one. Yolanda ran off to get married to the son of her father's enemy, Sam Bloom, very "Romeo and Juliet" like. Bryce, Yolanda's brother, adds confusion to the mix when he proves to his father that he is not a wimp. Dime Bag also uses the situation to try and get back at Yolanda's father.
Rick. In "Clash of the Tritons", Rick tries to blame the Tritons, a secret society in the school, but it turns out he was behind the whole thing. He was bitter because he was not invited to join the Tritons, though his father had been a member.
Mac and Madison. Mac doesn't fit in her family and Veronica discovers she was switched with a highly obnoxious rich brat at birth. When the parents discovered the mistake, they chose to keep the kids they'd had for a year.
Sean. In one of her most masterful solutions yet, Veronica realizes Sean is not rich like he claims. His father is the butler to a rich family. Duncan wasn't really drunk - it was only tea. Logan searched the whole pool house looking for the money because he didn't know where it was. Connor, in an attempt to lose weight, was drinking special tea which is why he kept going to the bathroom during the game.
no. Casey joined the cult because he thought they were doing good work. His parents had him 'reprogrammed' anyway because he was the inheritor of his grandmother's fortune.
Clarence Wiedman. The pictures showed Veronica in various places with a gunsight over her head. Veronica found the pictures in her mother's safe deposit box in the episode "You Think You Know Somebody". In "An Echolls Family Christmas", it is implied that Celeste had the pictures taken.
Mac. Meg and Veronica almost have their reputations ruined when someone logs on as them and takes the quizzes for them. In the end, Veronica tapes a confession by one of the perpetrators and clears her and Meg's names. Mac uses the fortune she made selling answers to the test to buy a new car!
Randall. It turns out Sarah had been raped by her stepfather Randall. Andre, her boyfriend, planned to raise the child as his own anyway. Nathan, her boss, was just the jerk who stole her diary. Michael, I made up.
Duncan. Most of the school had planned to vote for Wanda, but a switch in names on blackboards led to a landslide win by Duncan. In the aftermath and revote, it turns out Wanda was working undercover for the administration reporting on kids, so Duncan ended up winning anyway.
Troy. "You Think You Know Someone" is the episode title, and it is true, because Troy set the whole thing up so he could get away with the steroids Luke was transporting. Veronica figured it out though and flushed the steroids down the toilet, leaving Troy with nothing.
video game. Grant and Liam were developing a video game and needed money. Veronica sabotaged their computers and stole their back-ups to get her friend's money back. This episode, "The Wrath of Con", also featured a video tribute to Lilly Kane.
His father was actually Julia.. Justin's father had left when he was little because he wanted to be a woman. Justin's mother had told him his father was dead, but he hired Veronica to find his 'missing' father because he wanted to date Veronica. To his surprise, he found his dad was still alive.
Chardo. It turns out Chardo had gotten the credit card to take out Caitlin, Logan's girlfriend. Weevil tried to protect his grandmother and also his cousin, but Veronica found the truth in the end!
Weevil. This of course led to Veronica's videotape switcheroo to embarrass Sheriff Don Lamb and get Weevil off the hook for stealing so that he would not get revenge on her for releasing Wallace. Plus, Veronica got the chance to get Logan back and have Weevil defend her honor.
Aaron Echolls. Lilly and Aaron were having an affair. She discovered some tapes that he had of the two of them in a very compromising position. She threatened to expose Aaron, so he hit her over the head with an ashtray and killed her.
Logan. Logan, Dick and Beaver lied about Logan's whereabouts. He was supposed to be in Mexico with them, however, on the day Lilly died, he drove back to Neptune.
She was having an affair with Aaron Echolls.. She was having an affair with Aaron and told Veronica at the car wash that she had a good secret. The relationship with Weevil, while secretive, was not Lily's big secret.
Keith Mars. In "Leave it to Beaver," Keith received the results from a paternity test and he is her biological father. In this episode, Veronica revealed the news to Duncan.

No one. She had consensual sex with Duncan.. At the end of season 1, Veronica discovered that she was with Duncan that night. When she confronted him, he told her what really happened, that they had consensual sex. She asked him why he left her the morning after and he said because he knew it was wrong. At the time he thought Veronica was his sister.
He was told she was his sister.. Duncan's mother told him about Jake and Leanne Mars' affair. She told Duncan that Jake was Veronica's biological father.
