Volleyball Fist. Dodon Ray and Blast Cannon are both very weak and Multiform isn't even an attack. I laugh every time I see him do Volleyball Fist.

Saiyan Spirit. This is actually a great item as you get better at the game and have less use for blocking. It enables you to get the stronger characters' attack powers up to around 190% after transformations.
Goku. Goku has 4 powerups (kaioken x 2, x5, x10, and super saiyan). Cell has 3 (second form, perfect form, perfect form power weighted). Freeza also has 3 (final form, final form 100%, cyborg freeza). Trunks has 3 as well (super saiyan, super Trunks, super Trunks 2).

Frieza's Spaceship. I'm not sure if this also increases his strength as an extra transformation would, but it does completely heal him which is a good thing.
Breakthrough. Breakthrough gives your character every single attack and makes them a bit stronger too.
Android 16. Android 16's Hell Flash is the strongest attack for all of the androids (if you don't include Cell). It makes sense since he was the strongest android in the series too.
Nothing. I was kind of depressed about this because with the difficulty at its hardest, it was difficult to beat.
Big Bang Attack. I always thought from the series that Final Flash was stronger but I guess I was wrong because Big Bang attack is a lot stronger in the game.
The opponent is automatically defeated. Majin Vegeta's Final Explosion automatically defeats the opponent. However, this move is quite difficult to perform because it takes longer to reach full power in a short time. If this is unsuccessful, the person using this move is defeated.
Final Flash and Big Bang Attack. Final Flash and Big Bang Attack are two of Vegeta's strongest moves. He must be a Super Saiyan to use the Big Bang Attack as it is more powerful.

No. No, there is no secret level. Dragon World just has the 9 levels that follow the popular anime.
If health is lower than 1/6, strength is greatly increased. This capsule is one of the rarest to get. Only Frieza, Cell, and Dabura can use this.
Death Ball. The Death Ball is Frieza's strongest attack and it can do a lot more damage if his meter overpowers the opponent's meter.
You have to defeat Majin Vegeta in Dragon World. To get the "Babidi's Mind Control" capsule you have to defeat Majin Vegeta in Dragon World. This isn't an easy task though because you have to defeat him in two turns instead of three. If you defeat any Majin character three times, Majin Buu's egg gauge will reach full power and you will lose.
It raises strength. The "Cheering" capsule raises strength but only Hercule can use it.
Hell Blade Rush. Hell Blade Rush is Dabura's strongest move. He unleashes a dark blast at his opponent if his gauge reaches full power.
Tiencha. Tien and Yamcha fuse to become the funny-looking character, Tiencha. If the fusion is unsuccessful, Tiencha either becomes fat or skinny.
Trunks. The character that uses Burning Slash is Trunks. This move is stronger and a little easier than his other great move "Burning Attack".
Gohan (adult), and Goku. Gohan and Goku are the only two characters that can use the "Z-Sword" capsule, but only Gohan can use it in the anime.
Goku. Amazingly, Goku is the only character who can transform four times. Gohan takes second place with three transformations while Piccolo and Vegeta tie third for two transformations.
