Paris, France. There is plenty of evidence that directly says that Sly's Hideout is in Paris, France. For example, Sly steals the file from Paris, France and when Sly is going to a new location, it shows the van going from Paris to the location of the Fiendish Five Sly is going to beat up on the bottom of the movie clip screen.

Clockwerk. He masterminded the raid on the Cooper home. Although Sly does defeat him, Clockwerk is still alive. You see Clockwerk's eye light up, showing you that he's still alive.

Owl. Clockwerk is the founder of the Fiendish Five. He has lived for thousands of years by a steady diet of hatred and jealousy for the Cooper family. Clockwerk is the one who murdered Sly's father.
No. He was called a homicidal pyromaniac. Sly called him this because he used a rocket to cause an avalanche to bury a whole village.
Panda. He is the demolitions expert of the Fiendish Five. He spent a decade learning to make fireworks to sell. When people turned him down because of his raggy clothing, he turned to crime.
Yes. Producing zombies was illegal because of the World Peace Accord of 71. When Carmelita arrested her when she couldn't find Sly, Sly said she ended up with a life sentence. No other member is said to have a life sentence.
Crocodile. She is the chief mystic of the Fiendish Five. She summoned the dead as a little girl to have playmates because other kids found her creepy.
Dog. He is the muscle of the Fiendish Five. He used to be picked on when he was weak. When he saw a gangster film, he wanted to be a gangster and started working out.
Eating flies. What is weird is he only eats one fly to grow big. When his size wears off and shrinks back down, you must attack him.
Frog. He was once a rich person who was bored with his life of privilege. When he committed his first crime, he became addicted to it ever since. He is the chief engineer of the Fiendish Five.
His eye turns on. For this, him melting can be ruled out, because when you face him, he comes out of the lava. He doesn't reassemble, because he is not intact at the start of the first second game. At the very end, his left eye turns back on, and that's where the game ends.
Krack Karou . Bentley was able to find this information by tracing the metal used on the Panda King's and Mz Ruby's turrets. He is situated right above a volcano in a mountain range in Russia. He is a giant robotic owl who made his body machine so he could hunt down the cooper clan.
Vehicle Modifications. This was made by Sly's mechanical genius ancestor, Otto Van Cooper, who recorded some of his inventions in the 'Thievius Raccoonus'. He had a biplane with a hook-shaped propeller on it. Due to physical limits, he used his inventions to help his thieving. Once again, flying behind Otto's biplane is, you guessed it, a shadowy owl-like figure. Ok, now there's something going on here.
fireworks. The Panda King's seven keys unlock two large fireworks that will blast you to his hideout. He will use a technique on you called Flame-Fu, gaining a new move every time he loses so much health. All you have to do is avoid his attacks and whack him until he dies. Then, Bentley tells you he's found where the last member of the Fiendish Five is located, which is in the Krack-Karou Volcano in Russia.
East China. The Panda King was poor from childhood, but he took an interest to fireworks after seeing the noblemen fire them. He spent 10 years perfecting fireworks, and tried to show them to the noblemen. However, he was rejected due to his poor stature. He became angry, and started using his fireworks to bury villages to get his revenge.
Shadow Power. The Shadow power is a useful move as it allows you to become invisible, to all guards, lights and spotlights. If a guard has already spotted you, this move is worthless. This move was invented by Sly's Egyptian ancestor Slytankhamen II, who used it to rob from corrupt pharaohs and greedy noblemen. His weapons were two canes that look similar to the Egyptian Khopesh. Once again, we see a owl-like figure perched a little away from Slytankhamen II. Now this is getting odd.
Haiti. Mz Ruby is located somewhere deep within the jungles of Haiti. She is the chief mystic for the Fiendish Five, and has extraordinary abilities. As a child, she was feared, which led her to summon the undead to have friends. She uses that ability in her criminal activities now.
Rail Slide and Walk. This move was created by Sly's western ancestor, "Tennessee Kid" Cooper, who had used it out in the old west, which proved useful to outrun the law. His weapon was a six-shot revolver with a hooked handle. An owl-like figure is also present in the background. Coincidence maybe?
elevator. After you've collected Muggshot's Keys, and ransacked through his levels, you go through an elevator to get to his penthouse. He cannot be harmed with your cane, but you can use the surrounding mirrors to burn him. After burning him on three different platforms, you defeat him.
Mesa City. Muggshot is the chief enforcer for the Fiendish Five, who grew up always being picked on, until he found interest in gangsters. He worked out from then on, until he was extremely powerful. He then turned to a life of crime due to his childhood.
Ninja Spire Jump. After defeating Raleigh, you obtain the Ninja Spire jump, which was perfected by Sly's ninja ancestor, Rioichi Cooper, who used it in feudal Japan. He used two hooked daggers as his weapons. If you look closely, you can see a shadow of an owl-like figure in the background.
cannon . Once you get all seven of Raleigh's Treasure Keys, you unlock the cannon that blasts you up to his blimp, where he eats bugs to grow larger, so he can "Squash You". You have to wait until he grows smaller and whack him with your cane, where he repeats the process.
Welsh Triangle. Raleigh, the chief mechanical genius for the Fiendish Five, lives on an island somewhere in the Welsh Triangle. He created a weather machine to intercept and loot all incoming boats. This is due to his boredom with his once fancy life and new-found interest in villainy and piracy.
The Unseen Foe. In the episode, "Fire in the Sky", Sly learns his invisibility technique in the level, "The Unseen Foe". None of the other choices exist, and "The Unseen Foe" gives away the meaning of level in the name.
