The Magician . Talbot's nickname is a reference to his use of Tarot Cards. Drake develops an intense hate for this secondary antagonist as a result of his constant mind games.
Gold and Bones. In this chapter, Blaine is helping the other mercenaries lay El Dorado down on a net so it may be lifted out by helicopter. Blaine is available as a silent multiplayer skin in "Uncharted 2: Among Thieves" once the player has reached level XXX (80).
Left upper lip. Harry Flynn seems to have a past with Nate, as evident from Drake's surprise at seeing him in the opening of "Uncharted 2: Among Thieves." After being betrayed by him, Drake scribbles a lot of nasty comments about Flynn in his journal.

Of Mice and Men. "Of Mice and Men" by John Steinbeck is a classic tale about a man, George, and his mentally challenged friend, Lennie. Towards the end of the novel, George talks to Lennie about rabbits in order to distract him so that he may kill him humanely after being forced to silence his friend. Cutter is warning Sully that he refuses to turn his back on him.

Harry Flynn. In "Uncharted 2: Among Thieves" and "Uncharted 3: Drake's Deception," Harry Flynn and Charlie Cutter, respectively, tell Drake that Chloe is the "best driver in the business." In "Uncharted 3: Drake's Deception," Drake smirks after hearing that, producing a generic statement of surprise.
100. There is a whopping one hundred ranks in "Uncharted 3: Drake's Deception", much more than "Uncharted 2: Among Thieves" which had eighty. Originally, "Uncharted 2: Among Thieves" only had sixty levels, but the level cap was increased to eighty nearly six months after the game was released.
Eye color. What's interesting to note is that Drake's eye color has changed three times in the first three games. In "Uncharted: Drake's Fortune" they were hazel, in "Uncharted 2: Among Thieves" they were brown, and in "Uncharted 3: Drake's Deception" they appear to be blue.
The Dreamers of the Day. This title is a reference to the T.E. Lawrence quote featured in the game:
"All men dream: but not equally. Those who dream by night in the dusty recesses of their minds wake in the day to find that it was vanity: but the dreamers of the day are dangerous men, for they may act their dream with open eyes, to make it possible."
In this final chapter, Drake aims to take down Talbot after he seemingly kills Sully.
Zoran Lazarevic. Graham McTavish voices both Lazarevic and Cutter. Interestingly enough, the two of them bear a striking resemblance.
Desert-5. Flynn uses only three guns in the game: the Tranquilizer Dart Gun, the 92FS pistol, and the Desert-5 pistol. Of these, he is seen with the latter the most and refers to it as "his gun".
Victor Sullivan. In "Uncharted: Drake's Fortune", Sully is shot in the chest by Gabriel Roman in a very heart-wracking scene. Later it is revealed that Sir Francis Drake's journal had stopped the bullet. In "Uncharted 3: Drake's Deception", Sully is shot in the back by Talbot in the city of Ubar. When he returns from the grave, he explains to Drake that it was just a hallucination Drake's mind had created.
Plane-wrecked. 'Plane-wrecked' puts Drake in the middle of a godforsaken jungle in the middle of no where. While stranded, Drake has the opportunity to find ten shiny treasures. 'Sanctuary?' comes in second with seven treasures, 'The Search for El Dorado' has six, and 'The Heart of the Vault' has none.
Hit three enemies with fish in the market. In Chapter 10, if you successfully hit three enemies with fish, you will be awarded this trophy. Standing on the crocodile will net you the "Ride the Crocodile" trophy, playing in the swimming pool will get you the "Marco Solo" trophy, and countering all of a Brute's attacks will give you the "Brute Beater" trophy.
Run to Ground. The Strange Relic is an interesting artifact from the "Jak and Daxter" series, also produced by Naughty Dog. The symbols on the strange egg-shaped chunk of gold, when translated, read "Naughty Dog, Madman". In "Uncharted 2: Among Thieves" the relic can be found in Chapter 5, 'Urban Warfare' and in "Uncharted: Drake's Fortune" it can be found in Chapter 5, 'The Fortress'.
Committed suicide. In "Uncharted 3: Drake's Deception", Marlowe reads Drake a file with information all about him. She mentions how his mother committed suicide and his father surrendered ownership of him to the state.
