Interesting Questions, Facts, and Information
Warcraft 3
Which hero has the most hit points at level 10? (Assuming no items, tomes, or spells are involved) | Gosu 'Warcraft 3' Heroes
|
Tauren Chieftain. The answer is everyone's favorite bovine warrior: The Tauren Chieftain! Weighing in at a phone-JennyCraig-like 1425hp! Surprisingly, the Pit Lord finishes second with 1400hp, while the Mountain King and the Beast Master weigh-in at a Calista-Flockhart-like 1375hp.
What are the names of the two fastest heroes? (At level 10, excluding items and tomes, but including any spells, abilities, or auras that increase speed.) | Gosu 'Warcraft 3' Heroes
|
Blade Master and Death Knight. The two fastest heroes are the Death Knight and the Blade Master. The DK's Unholy Aura grants him a 30% speed modifier at level 3. This, added to his base speed of 320(fast), would make his speed 416; however, the maximum hero speed is capped at 400. The BM reaches that speed using his wind walk spell, which increases his speed so drastically that he reaches the speed cap at only level 2 wind walk! A good guess would have been the Tauren Cheiftain, who also has a 30% speed modifier; but his base speed is only 270 (average), so he maxes-out at 351.
At level 6: A Demon Hunter in Metamorphosis form has more hit points than a Mountain King in Avatar form? (No items or tomes, remember this is according to "The Frozen Throne" stats) | Gosu 'Warcraft 3' Heroes
|
False. In Avatar form the Mountain King receives a +500hp modifier, which brings him up to 1575 when added to his level 6 base hp of 1075. Before "The Frozen Throne", the Demon Hunter used to have his Metamorphosis hp set at a fixed number (1625 or 1675 as I recall). However, he now only receives a +500hp modifier, which gives him 1375 hp when added to his level 6 base hp of 875. Luckily, he is still a bad demon who throws balls of molten lava!
What is the maximum amount of damage a Blademaster can deal using critical strike? (Excluding any other spells, auras, items, or tomes) | Gosu 'Warcraft 3' Heroes
|
248. Roughly once in every 6.67 hits, the Blademaster deals a limb-severing 248 damage strike! At level 10, he can deal a maximum of 62 damage, however, level three Critical Strike (his passive ability) grants him a 15% chance to deal 4 times his normal damage.
How many female heroes are there? (Remember, this includes "The Frozen Throne heroes", and don't forget neutral heroes.) | Gosu 'Warcraft 3' Heroes
|
4 plus a gender-non-specific demon. The Priestess of the Moon, The Warden, The Naga Sea Witch, and The Dark Ranger are all female. On Mojo Stormstout's "Warcraft 3" strategy page (the official Blizzard online resource), every hero is listed as either male or female, except for the Pit Lord, who is simply listed as "Demon".
Keeper of the Grove. The Keeper of the Grove's Thorns Aura is an aura that gives friendly units around the Keeper of the Grove a damage shield, which wounds enemy melee attackers.
Which race does not have a hero who possesses an ultimate that creates a summoned creature of some kind? | Gosu 'Warcraft 3' Heroes

Which human hero can not turn himself invulnerable with any spell he obtains? | Warcraft 3
|

Brilliance Aura and Devotion Aura are auras from which race? | Warcraft 3
|
Human. Devotion Aura is from the Paladin, and gives armor to nearby units. the Arch Mage has Brilliance Aura, and that gives nearby spellcasters a faster mana regeneration (very good for the Mountain King!).
