William Sheridan. Sheridan is based on JFK. It is also made from a Belgian comic strip. Walter Sheridan is his brother who takes over as president until they elect a new one, which is President Galbrain.

Winslow Bank. The women then gets shot, when they are actually trying to kill you. The owner of Winslow Bank was also a conspirator.
No. The mongoose doesn't actually die somehow, although you do very nearly kill him. He falls down a big gap but somehow manages to stay alive.
