The hobyah is the boogeyman who lives in children's closets. He thrives on ________.
    fear. Even the smallest positive thought will banish this bad faery.

This faery makes objects drop from your hands and onto the floor. Her favorite places are kitchens, galleries, and glassware shops.
    the slippery faery. She is most amused by slips of the tongue.

If you lose your cell phone connection, this faery could be to blame.
    the ear poker. She pokes her finger into one ear while talking into the other.

These malicious faeries lead humans into danger. Their laughter and flickering lights often lead travellers astray.
    spunkies. Spunkies are closely related to hinkey punks, hinkey punks are often referred to as will o' the wisps.

This pixie lives in the kitchen and causes milk, stews, soups and the like to boil over and cause an awful mess.
    a pot pixie. The saying "a watched pot never boils" was inspired by the actions of the pot pixie.

This faery's sharp, pointed nose punctures tires, pops balloons, and causes scratches on CDs.
    boggart.
