Greenland is an island and doesn't border anyone, except for an extremely small border with Canada on an Arctic island. Mexico and Russia are quite far away from Canada.

Answer: Lesotho

A lot of people think Eswatini (formerly Swaziland) is also completely surrounded by South Africa, however, it does border Mozambique. It's not easy to see it on a map though.
