Early in the movie, what does the Count tell Renfield he never 'drinks'?
    wine. It's my favorite line, 'I never drink...wine'. Isn't that a hoot?

What does Martin, the attendant, take from Renfield?
spider. Renfield begged him not to take away the spider he'd caught.

killed by Dracula. Dracula, thinking Renfield betrayed him, strangles him and pitches him down the staircase of Carfax Abbey.

What had Dr. Van Helsing instructed the nurse that Mina must wear all night to protect her?
a wreath of wolfbane. I'm not pitching my 'Wolfman' quiz, honest. I'm as surprised as you that he didn't want garlic hung around her neck.

yes. The sun rose before Dracula could complete Mina's trasformation, and Dracula had to enter his coffin. Van Helsing stakes the Count, and Mina is freed of all Dracula's influence.

Was Bela Lugosi first choice to play Count Dracula in 'Dracula'?
no. I wanted to end with this surprising note! Lon Chaney, Sr. was actually set to play the blood sucking Count at the time of his death. I just can't imagine anyone in Dracula's Cape but Lugosi, can you?
