|Where did Joe and Brian's father get the money he left them?|
he won it at a racetrack. Helen's final tally of the money comes to $250,000. When asked where their father got the money, Joe and Brian remember visiting him in the sanitarium. Joe remembers that their father said he had won a quarter of a million dollars at the track.
|Joe says he can go crazy spending money just like Brian, he says that he and Helen need bikes. What other item does Joe say he's had his eye on, that would be a little something just for Joe?|
corrugated tool shed. Brian and Joe differ right away on how to spend the money from their father. Joe wants to invest in Sandpiper, get the bikes and the tool shed. Brian wants to go live on an island somewhere (Joe points out that he already lives on an island), and be done with working.

Vienna. Helen gets a call from Klaus Sternberg telling her she didn't get in with the ensemble because the conductor gave the spot to his sister. But he says she has so much potential that he's inviting her to study with him in Vienna for a year. Helen tries to tell Joe about the invitation, but Joe is still upset about Brian wanting to leave Sandpiper. When Joe talks about how hard he's worked to get Sandpiper where it is and asks how could he leave it, Helen decides not to tell him about Vienna.

Faye. While Casey follows Brian around (even into the men's room) begging for him to take her along, Faye tries the subtle approach. She applies some lipstick and says to Brian that she understands that he's leaving. She then asks, with her most sultry voice, if he's going alone.

his arches have fallen. First Brian tells Antonio he can stay with a friend or go to an island, then Faye tells Antonio that Joe just gave her a piece of Sandpiper. Casey tells him that she's going to the islands with Brian, and Helen has been invited to study the cello in Vienna. Antonio is having so much bad luck, he can't bear to hear that everyone is catching a break. He also mentions that his hair is falling out, his cab was swallowed by a sinkhole, and he goes deaf while talking to Joe.

5%. After Roy tells Faye that Sandpiper is falling apart, he says she can come and work for Aeromass if she convinces Joe to sell to him. When Joe starts talking to Faye, she is prepared to be told that she's fired, but instead he tells her he's rewarding her loyalty by giving her part of the business.

I need a shower.. Since Joe is selling Sandpiper to Roy, Faye has gone to work for Aeromass. She's not too happy about it and hopes for a new boss someday.

she had to tell everyone off. Casey told off her boss, the dry cleaners, a couple of restaurants, and everybody who ever gave her a hard time. She's up in the tower telling off Walter when Brian's plans change.

Casey takes Faye's old job with Sandpiper. Brian has paid for the repairs to Antonio's cab, Antonio's dental work, and held Antonio's hand when he had his ears drained. Brian and Casey, and Helen and Joe are all at the airport waiting for their flights to leave. Joe and Brian sign over Sandpiper to Roy, but Brian has a change of heart and agrees to stay and run Sandpiper for a year so that Joe can keep Sandpiper and still go to Vienna with Helen. Brian tears up the contract and tells Joe that it's his turn.
