Special Sub-Topic: Have Spacesuit - Will Travel

What was the name of the company that sponsored the contest in which Kip won his spacesuit?

Skyway soap. Kip had sent in an entry with the winning slogan on it but someone else's entry arrived before his. As a consolation prize he was sent an authentic spacesuit made by Goodyear and used in the building of a space station.

What codename was Kip using when he was first contacted by Peewee?
Junebug. Kip had set up a repeating radio circuit in order to properly aim radio antennaes on his helmet. Peewee was calling for help on the same channel and thought Kip had been sent by her father to rescue her.

At which University was Peewee's father a professor?
Princeton. Peewee's father, Curt Reisfeld, was a professor with the Institute for Advanced Studies in Princeton, New Jersey and also a Nobel Prize winner.

By what name did Kip refer to his spacesuit?
Oscar. The full name was "Oscar the Mechanical Man" but Kip usually just called him Oscar. A couple of times during his adventures Kip's vocal "relationship" with Oscar helped to save his life.

To which planet did Wormface take Kip and Peewee after they left the moon?
Pluto. They took them to the base they had established on Pluto in order to be as far away from Earth as possible but still be in position to attack. Kip compared this strategy to that of the Allies in the Second World War.

What gruesome but distinguishing feature did Wormface have on the back of his head?
A third eye. When Kip saw this third eye he knew there would be no sneaking up on Wormface.

What was Kip's real first name?
Clifford. Clifford Russell lived in Centerville, USA until he accidentally contacted Patricia Wynant (Peewee) Reisfeld and was captured by the Wormfaces.

What was the name of the rag doll that Peewee had with her during her adventures with Kip and the Mother Thing?
Madame Pompadour. Peewee managed to keep Madame Pompadour with her until her return to Earth. She even ran back into danger at one point in order to "rescue" her.

From what star system did the Mother Thing originate?
Vega. Alpha Lyra, brightest star in the constellation Lyra ("the lyre") and fourth brightest in the sky. Vega is a white star about 26 light-years from Earth, with an apparent magnitude of 0.04.

What punishment was handed down to the Wormface's planet by the Lanador tribunal.
It was rotated. Kip didn't understand why this was considered a punishment until he was told that the planet would be rotated 90 degrees but...without their sun.
