Tommy. Tommy always wants to help out his older brother and his fellow operatives, but Hoagie always turns him away. Eventually, he does become a KND operative, but has to quit because he took his booger out of the system so avoid being turned into an animal by the Delightful Children's father's transforming ray. The ray would only turn people or kids with their DNA (booger) in the system into animals. Tommy defeated the Delighful Children's father by getting one of his boogers and sticking it into the system, causing him to turn into a panther. Tommy becomes a hero but cannot rejoin the KND because he took his booger out of the system.
