On a space ship. The location of the video is debatable, it could take place on a space station, rather than a ship. The video was in part meant to depict the band's lives as if they lived in outer space.

An orange flashing light. As Chester sings the powerful bridge, an orange light flashes, then we see the band members wake up to various red lights, and then we see the shot of the supernova.

Phoenix. About half-way through the song, we can see Phoenix float up to fix part of the ship. We also see him climbing up and into the camera with a flashlight in his mouth earlier, but he could just be climbing, instead of floating up.
