Freddy Fudpucker. Pour the tequila and orange juice into a glass with ice. Over a spoon gently pour on the Galliano to float on the top. Be careful how you order this drink!!

The Canada Dream is made with Apricot Brandy, Amaretto, Ice and what other ingredient?

Orange Juice. Shake all the ingredients and serve over ice. Delicious!!!

All American. The more soft you want to be the more cola you add. Nice!!

Black Velvet. Serve in a champagne flute. Pour the champers into the stout making sure not to mix. Not my favourite - I'll have the champagne on its own.

Carbonated water. Mix the gin, lemon and sugar with ice, strain into a glass and fill up with the fizzy water. Very refreshing!!!

Banana Boat. Slice the banana lengthways, place in a glass, blend the other ingredients and pour into the glass with the banana. As an extra flourish add a pineapple slice for decoration - or even better just drink!!

Irish Pride. Mix the ingredients in a highball glass and drink slowly. Yum yum!!

Champagne. That was a very easy one, but the drink is a favourite of mine!!

Angostura Bitters & Bitters. Angostura Bitters is the traditional way. Some more innovative barmen are adding cranberry juice today - either way this drink is too dry for me.
