    Tendons. Tendons are made up of a lot of fibers. They are very stretchy and look like cords. The fibers run in the same direction, which makes them very strong.

    Teres major. Teres minor is the other muscle that makes up the rotator cuff. The rotator cuff keeps the shoulder secure during movement. Teres major on the other hand, is a muscle that's attached to the side of our shoulder blade. It works with other back muscles when we do a rowing action.

    Sartorius. The sartorius muscle is a long, thin thigh muscle. It starts in the groin and crosses over the thigh, down to the inner side of the knee. When it contracts, it bends the knee and turns it towards the inside of the leg.

    Soleus. The soleus muscle is shaped like a sole fish. Together, with the gastrocnemius muscle (calf muscle), it points the toes.

    Piriformis. The piriformis muscle is located in the hip area. When it is stressed, it becomes tight and presses against the sciatic nerve. The pain caused by this pressure, goes all the way down the back of the leg.

What are the causes of muscle cramp?
    All of these (Chronic kidney disease, Alcoholism, Diabetes). When a muscle cramps, it becomes tight and sore. Alcoholism, diabetes and chronic kidney disease can cause nerve damage, which in turn causes the muscles to cramp. The best ways to treat muscle cramps, are to stretch and rub the muscle. Eating fresh fruit, vegetables and nuts will ensure that cramps don't happen too often.

Which muscle is often referred to as the chewing muscle?
    Masseter. The masseter is a squarish shaped muscle that is attached to the upper and lower jaw. When we eat, it contracts, causing the jaw to close.

In sport, muscle weakness can be caused by:
    Low potassium levels. Muscle weakness occurs, when we exercise too hard, or not often enough. When we exercise too much we lose water, sodium and potassium. If potassium levels in the nerve cells are low, the muscle will not contract.

Which muscle is not one of the hamstring group?
    Biceps Brachii. The hamstrings are found in the back of the upper leg. They work as a group, to bend the leg at the knee. They consist of: semitendinosus, biceps femoris and semimembranosus.
