    To your right. As an audience we never see the reception from the main entrance perspective. The audience is placed as the imaginary fourth wall where the main entrance lies directly ahead and (from this perspective) the reception is to the left. However this needs to be reversed to gain the correct answer.

    nothing. This is in relation to Basil betting on the horse. This is to make sure that Sybil does not find out about the bet, Manuel says 'I know nothing!'.
