track & Track. How funny is it that one of the game's most sinister characters would care about his hair more than anything else? Well, Razer is supposed to be a fashion plate and whatnot... anyway, the only way you can hear this quote is to race as Razer and win, and then maybe he'll say it. Even under those circumstances, it only comes around once in a blue moon, so to speak.

good looks. Not only is Razer considered on of the most threatening opponents in the game, he is easily the most narcissistic. He spouts this line when you unlock the character for exhibition mode, but he as several more that are dead giveaways for his overall opinion of himself.

Mud-pi-r-squareds. Another character that uses these tires is the dreaded Mizo, Razer's infamous yet inconspicuous boss. Of course, the wheels do add to the overall sleek and threatening look that the developers seemed to have been going for.
