When Scooby Doo goes surfing, what does he pull out of the water?

    The ghost of Captain Cutler. Scooby goes surfing and when he pulls his paw up, Captain Cutler is pulled up with it.

What color is Mrs. Cutler's hair?
    White. She wants people to think she's a witch with all the witch stuff she has in her house.

What does the paper say in the bottle that is floating in the water?
    No deposit, no return. Fred is the one that finds the bottle and Shaggy is the one that reads it.

Who finds the first clue?
    Scooby Doo, Velma and Shaggy. When Scooby, Velma and Shaggy are standing outside of Mrs. Cutler's house they see the first clue.

What is the first clue?
    Glowing seaweed. The glowing seaweed is being dragged by a mouse into the sewage hole.

Who finds the second clue?
    Scooby. When Scooby won't go in the water, Shaggy unties the rope and Scooby falls in the water and crashes into a ship, and he finds the second clue.

What is the second clue?
    Glowing scuba tanks. When Scooby crashes into the ship when he falls, there is a bunch of scuba tanks.

When they follow foot prints and end at a wall, Shaggy sits on a rock, but right before that he says what?
    "Like rest, I'm pooped". Shaggy gets tired and says, "Like rest, I'm pooped." He sits on the rock and a secret passage appears.

When they enter the secret passage, they pop up out of the water and they see what?
    A lot of painted-over boats. They pop out of the water and they see boats. Cutler had stolen the boats and repainted over them so he could sell them.

Who is "Captain Cutler"?
    Captain Cutler himself. Captain Cutler and his wife are working together on this mystery. Captain Cutler is himself in the glowing suit, scaring people away when they reach the graveyard of ships.
