What happens at school after Chloe gets her first period?

She sees a dead janitor.. Chloe doesn't know she can see dead people yet, so she thinks this guy is trying to attack her. The school teachers think she having a fit and they try to restrain her.

What is the name of the group home where Chloe is sent?

Lyle House. Chloe gets sent to Lyle House because of her "tantrum". Lyle House is supposedly a group home for wealthy kids with mental problem.

What mental illness is Chloe diagnosed with?

schizophrenia. Chloe is diagnosed with schizophrenia because she hears and sees things that are "not" there. She doesn't believe it, but do crazy people believe they're crazy?

Chloe is not alone at the group home, other kids with "mental problems" are there as well. Who are they?

A sorcerer, a witch, a werewolf, a telekinesis and a half demon.. Chloe quickly realize she is not the only one who possess an ability, all of the other kids also have superpower; Tori's a witch with a mean streak, Simon's a cute but not very powerful sorcerer, Derek's a scary werewolf, Liz's a telekinesis out of control and Rachelle is a half demon. Quite the melting pot, isn't it?

Where does Chloe realize that she can bring a soul back to its corpse?

In the basement of the group home.. Tori tricks Chloe down to the basement, hit her over the head and ties her up. Chloe is scared, she thinks she'll die down there. Without realizing it she summons ghosts back into their rotting corpses. Dead bodies in a group home? Weird.

When the boys, Chloe and Rachelle decide to run away, why do Chloe and Derek stay behind?

Derek is changing into a werewolf.. Derek does think he should be locked up because he believes he's dangerous but the others convince him to go with them. But right when it's time to go he starts changing and Chloe stays with him.

One of the kids get "transferred". Which one, and how do we know she wasn't really transferred?

Liz, her ghost come to visit Chloe.. After she hurts the teacher with a pen she didn't touch and than asks Chloe to contact her "poltergeist" (she doesn't realize she is doing it herself), Liz gets transferred but then she comes back to Lyle House, as a ghost. The Edison group killed her because her powers were uncontrollable.
