    Once. In "The Miserable Mill" Violet wishes for the first time that Sunny was older. This is the only time in the first eleven books of the series that Violet wishes it.

What is Violet allergic to?
    Peppermints. Violet and her siblings are allergic to peppermints. Violet gets large hives when she eats them.

Who happens to be volatile with Violet?
    Fiona. She suspects that something is wrong with Fiona and begins to distrust her.

What is one thing Violet has been deprived of since the fire?
    Privacy. Mr. Snicket lets Violet and Quigley enjoy a moment of privacy, while they were resting on the ledge.

What is the gift Violet recieves as a gift from Esme Squalor?
    Pinstripe Suit. Sunny, Klaus, and Violet all receive over-sized pinstripe suits while in Esme and Jerome Squalors' care.

What did Violet hide under the bed because it made a horrible noise?
    Electric harmonica. In "The Wide Window" all of the children think about what they have previously hid under the bed because they didn't want to think about their failure.

What color is NOT the color of Violet's hair ribbon?
    Pink. Count Olaf accuses her of wearing a pink ribbon while they were in V.F.D.

What is Violet's anagram for her name while she was in Heimlich Hospital?
    Laura V. Bleediotie. Count Olaf has used many anagrams throughout the series, but it took us a while to figure it out.
