Cumulative Rank Points are calculated by adding a player's Avg Rank and Point Rank.
Avg Rank: The player with the highest average score per game in each division scores 500 Avg Rank points. 2nd place=499, 3rd place=498, ... 500th place=1.
Point Rank: The player with the highest total score in each division scores 500 Point Rank points. 2nd place=499, 3rd place=498, ... 500th place=1.
The best possible score is 1000, achievable by a player who scores both the most points AND the best average.
