Answer: Vikus

Vikus was merely there to set up the whole adventure and to gather everyone, but once the adventure really began Vikus left them to Ripred, the Gnawer mentioned in the prophecy. Luxa is the Underlander of royal descent; Temp was a crawler, and Treflex was a spinner.

Henry is one of the Underlanders who doesn't really pay much attention to what anyone says. He would've succeeded in killing Ripred had Gregor not woke up everyone with a loud scream at what he was witnessing. In the end Henry betrays everyone to the rats, but with Gregor's help all the rats chase after him and Ares, who was Henry's bond, saves Gregor's life over Henry's.

Ripred leads Gregor and his party his dad, and Gregor was appalled at the sight of him. From a distance he looked like a rat because he was wearing a rat's coat, and upon seeing Gregor Gregor's dad talked in garbled sentences and mumbled something about a fever.

Aurora is a golden-colored bat who is also Princess Luxa's bond. Tick died when the travelers crossed a rickety bridge and she sacrificed her life so Temp and Boots could get across. Treflex was a spinner (spider) who was the first member to die. Gox was also a spinner who was killed by King Gorger.

That should've been easy. Boots couldn't have said this - she could hardly talk! King Gorger is the king of the rats and commander-in-chief of the entire Gnawer army. Ripred says this on his first day with the party, after Gregor shot down Henry for not serving food. Henry said that he and Luxa were royalty, and thus they didn't serve food. It's not like they knew how to anyway.

After Gregor bonds with Ares, the council is in an uproar. However they have to obey Gregor because he's the warrior.
