3. A pitcher comes from the stretch, and as he brings his hands together, they don't come to a complete stop. The umpire calls a balk and the ensuing play results in a home run. Should the home run have happened? Yes No

4. There is a three ball count on the batter with nobody on base. The pitcher throws ball four.
