Barbara uses that secret as blackmail against Sheba to make Sheba spend time with her because Barbara had a secret crush on her.

Patrick is a simple family man until Vos and his crew begin to torture Patrick and his wife to try to get him to confess to being involved in terrorist activities. Patrick, in retaliation, plans a bombing at a local oil refinery.

Jaguar Paw is able to escape his captors and the story follows him on his perilous journey home to save his wife and son, who are trapped in a pit during the raid.

"Thank You for Smoking" is a movie based on a tobacco lobbyist named Nick Naylor. It is Nick's job to lobby on behalf of major tobacco companies to try and convince people to smoke cigarettes, but when Nick's son begins to question his father's morals and values, Nick takes his son with him on a road trip to teach him exactly what it is he does for a living.

Will Ferrell plays Harold Crick, an IRS agent who begins to hear a voice that narrates his every move. The voice he hears is Emma Thompson's character, Karen Eiffel. Karen is an author who writes a story about Harold Crick, but she doesn't know that Harold actually exists.

When Harold begins to hear the voice, Karen describes his untimely death, but leaves out the details of how he dies and why. The movie is about Harold trying to figure out how he is supposed to die so that he can prevent it from happening.

"Little Miss Sunshine" was nominated for four Academy Awards and it won two of them (Best Supporting Actor and Best Original Screenplay). The movie is based on the Hoover family, consisting of Olive, the little girl who is competing in the pageant; Duane, the teen who takes a vow of silence until he can go to flight school; Frank, the suicidal uncle; Richard, the wannabe motivational speaker; Grandpa Hoover, the heroin-snorting vulgar old man; and Sheryl, the most responsible of the group and the mom that tries to keep everything in order.

The family all agrees to take a trip to California to take Olive to the "Little Miss Sunshine" beauty pageant.
