"One Day at a Time" was written by Kris Kristofferson and Marijohn Wilkin. This was the only song Cristy had go to number one. There were several other versions of the song sung by Gloria and Marilyn Sellers.

Answer: Fred Knoblock and Susan Anton

Fred Knoblock was a member of the music group S-K-O with Paul Overstreet and Thom Schuyler. His songs have been recorded by The Everly Brothers, Chely Wright and George Strait. In 1978 Susan and Mel Tillis had a variety show on ABC. Clint Black had a song "Killin' Time" in 1990.
