Heather Moyse has two olympic gold medals, serving as the brakewoman for driver Kaillie Humphries in both 2010 (Vancouver) and 2014 (Sochi). At one point, she and Humphries held the start records for nearly every major bobsled track.
2. Francesco Friedrich (Germany)

Answer: Thorsten Margis

Thorsten Margis is actually the owner of 4 Olympic gold medals! As well as serving for the brakeman for Francesco Friedrich in the two-man bobsled in 2018 (PyeongChang) and 2022 (Beijing) he was also the brakeman on the championship four-man bobsled teams at both Olympics as well.
3. Andre Lange (Germany)

Kevin Kuske is one of the most successful olympic bobsledders of all time. Twice a gold medal brakeman for pilot Andre Lange in 2006 (Turin) and 2010 (Vancouver), he also was on two championship four -man teams in 2002 (Salt Lake City) and 2006 (Turin). He also has two Olympic silver medals from the four-man bobsled races in 2010 (Vancouver) and 2018 (Pyeongchang).

Donat won two Olympic gold medals in two-man bobsled in 1992 (Albertville) and 1994 (Lillehammer) with pilot Gustav Weder. He also had a silver medal in four-man in 1994 (Lillehammer) and a bronze in the same in 1992 (Albertville).
5. Jill Bakken (USA)

Vonetta Flowers was the first African-American to win a gold medal in the winter Olympics when she and pilot Jill Bakken took gold in 2002 (Salt Lake City). As many brakemen and women did, she was a track star before becoming a bobsledder, competing for the University of Alabama at Birmingham in the sprints and long jump.

Lisa Buckwitz paired with Mariama Jamanka to bring home the gold in 2018 (Pyeongchang) in the two-woman bobsled. As well as success in the two-woman bobsled, Lisa's also won medals at the IBSF world championships in both the mixed team race and mononbob.
7. Gunther Huber (Italy)

Answer: Antonoio Tartaglia

Antonio Tartaglia won a shared gold medal in 1998 (Nagano) with pilot Gunther Huber for Italy. They shared their gold medal with Canadians Pierre Lueders and David MacEachern. After retiring from the sport Antonio worked as a technician and trainer for the Italian bobsled team.
8. Hubert Stevens (USA)

Answer: Curtis Stevens

Curtis Stevens along with brother Hubert Stevens won the two-man Olympic bobsled race in 1932 (Lake Placid). From a bobsledding family, brother Paul also was an Olympic Medalist (silver) in 1932's four man bobsled. Curtis passed away in 1979 aged 80.

Brakeman Vladimir Kozlov along with pilot Janis Kipurs won the 1988 (Calgary) Olympic Gold medal in the two-man bobsled. Along with his gold in the two-man he also won a bronze medal in the four-man at the same Olympics.
10. Tony Nash (UK)

Answer: Robin Dixon

Robin Dixon, along with pilot Tony Nash, won the 1964 (Innsbruck) Olympic Gold. Along with the success in the Olympics the pair also won medals at the FIBT world championships in 1963 and 1965. In 1992 Robin was promoted to CBE for services to sport and community.
