Conan O'Brien is trying to tell some jokes, but Bender keeps interupting him. Conan tells Bender that he may have lost his freakishly long legs in the war of 2012, but he's got something Bender will never have, a soul. Bender doesn't care about that. Conan adds, "And freckles". Bender starts crying.

The trees are robotic and follow the commands, trees down and trees up. Leela says trees down and Fry asks what do you do if you want the trees up. The trees go up and take fry with them. Dangling, he says trees down and gets smashed into the ground. Bender then snowboards by and says, "Lookin' good, beefball", and splashes a pile of snow onto him.

Hermes is in the sled but it flips upsidedown. He asks for a help and Zoidberg just pushes the sled, so Hermes goes down the run upsidedown in the sled. Zoidberg then slips and goes down the run backwards. Fry, who was standing by laughs and says, "Oh, what the heck" and goes down head first.

Back in the mountain lodge, the crew is sitting around a fire and Bender says, "Ah, nothing like a warm fire and a Supersoaker of fine Cognac", then proceeds to squirt some into his mouth.

When the crew goes to cut down an Xmas tree, Fry notices that the trees are palm trees and says that Xmas trees are supposed to be some sort of pine tree. Prof. Farnsworth tells him that pine trees have been extinct for 800 years.

Fry says, "I feel like such a rat. Here I am whining like a pig, while Leela was as lonely as a frog. I could kick myself". Amy walks by and says "I'll do it" and kicks him hard in the leg.

Fry feels bad for Leela so he goes out to buy her a present. Before he can leave, Farnsworth warns him about Santa Claus. He tells him that, in 2801, the Friendly robot company biult a robotic Santa to determine whose naughty and nice and distribute presents accordingly, but there was a programming error which makes Santa judge everyone to be naughty.

Fry buys the parrot for $500. It's predominantly bright orange with green head feathers and dark orange wingtips.

Santa gets into the Planet Express building through the chimney and says, "You've all been very naughty, very naughty indeed, except you, Dr. Zoidberg this is for you". Santa gives him a pogo stick and he uses it right away.

The whole song is heard at the end of the episode and each character sings a part. It's sung to the tune of "Santa Claus is Comming to Town". Fry has the last line, which is, "Santa Claus is gunning you down".
