The National League New York franchise began their endeavors in 1883 as the New York Gothams. They became the New York Giants in 1885 and won two National League pennants in the late 1880s. The Giants won Major League's second World Series in 1905 against the Philadelphia Athletics under the management of John McGraw. McGraw would be at the helm for more than 30 seasons. In a historic move, the team made their way out west to San Francisco in 1958. Come in and see what you know about this great franchise, and see if you can learn something new also!
