Pale Rider can be found by entering Asakusa, going past the first blackened passageway, taking an immediate left, heading down the stairs and taking another left. Note, he will only be here if the Horsemen before him, White, Black and Red Riders, have been defeated. The player also must progress the story to the point where Sakahagi comes through the area.

Trumpeter has two exclusive moves - Holy Melody and Evil Melody, and these moves cannot 'target' anything traditionally. They will automatically go after the unit on the battlefield which has the lowest relative HP on the field. Obviously, as a boss, Trumpeter has a lot more total HP than the player or their units, so 'relative' in this context refers to how much of a percentage of health is remaining in the user's bar. If all of the player's team is at completely full HP, and then someone damages Trumpeter in any way, even for a smidgen of health, he would then be at the lowest relative HP on the field. This would prompt him to say the quote stated in the question.

Answer: Sakahagi

Sakahagi being defeated will restore all of the Fairies in the area to their prior state. Enhanced security in the area will prompt Mother Harlot to finally enter a part of Yoyogi Park the player can access.

Answer: Shinjuku Medical Center

The player needs to go to the second annex of Shinjuku Medical Center, and they then need to go to B204F and approach the Cache Cube inside. If you are psychic and somehow managed to figure out exactly that a late game boss would appear in a specific room inside the game's tutorial area, congratulations. For the people who play this game that are actual human beings, however, they likely required Google. ;)

Power will prioritize using Tarukaja to buff Red Rider. When not doing that, they'll either attack the player's team or use Hamaon.

The player will arrive upon the Third Kalpa. Of course, it is impossible to proceed further since they won't have acquired the menorahs off of the Horsemen of the Apocalypse. It is here where these riders will be met, and dialogue will be exchanged in a cutscene before they disperse, promising to meet the player in the Vortex World.

After the player frees the Manikins from the Kabukicho Prison, they'll be prompted to travel to Asakusa from Ikebukuro. Doing so requires them to take a highway on the eastern end of Ikebukuro. Hell Biker directly stands, or rather rides, in their way, preventing access to Asakusa until he is defeated.

Answer: Complete the Labyrinth of Amala

If the player even so much as sets foot inside the Tower of Kagutsuchi before finishing the Labyrinth of Amala, Lucifer's fight will become permanently inaccessible along with the True ending to the game. To be clear, the player must get to and defeat Metatron, then view a cutscene with dialogue with the Old Lady and the "little master." During this dialogue, they must tell her "yes". This will set them up for the True Ending.

The very first "Shin Megami Tensei" game ever came out in 1992. All the way from that point up to the remaster of "Personas" three and four in 2023, Metatron has appeared in every single game. In every one of those games, Metatron's usage of Mahamaon is the one thing he has kept with him in every single one of his appearances. Even "Persona 5 Strikers", which almost entirely did away with insta kill spells, still gave Metatron this move and stuck him at the end of the game's final dungeon as a 'secret boss' of sorts. Because of this reputation, players who realize they are set to fight Metatron will likely be conditioned to pack countermeasures to Mahamaon if they have any significant experience with the rest of the franchise.

The player does need to defeat the level 77 Trumpeter to get here, so it's likely they aren't too far off being ready at the very least.

Given that the Grim Reaper, a popular figure in folklore and modern halloween or horror media, is mostly depicted wielding a scythe, Pale Rider looks most alike him, and is arguably the most recognizable of the Four Horsemen.

Evil Melody targets the unit on the field with the least relative HP. When used, whoever this unit is will be immediately killed. No resistance, immunity or statistic can prevent this, and it cannot be dodged even if the user is at -4 Accuracy and the target is at +4 Evasion. The only way it can be survived is through the use of an available Endure passive, which would allow the victim to survive the blow with 1 HP to spare. Unfortunately, Trumpeter cannot kill himself with this skill. Of course, it may be viewed as silly to imagine a boss fight in the late game could end in such a way.

Answer: Mother Harlot is immune to Physical

Using Focus-boosted Physical skills can very easily cause the player to kill themselves and end the fight on the spot, as Mother Harlot repels Physical. The usage of HP to use a Physical skill combined with the reflected damage will almost certainly end the fight in a very abrupt defeat.

Answer: Legion

Legion are Level 49 enemies, by far the highest level help seen yet for these bosses. Unlike the prior two henchmen, the Legion enemies will alternate back and forth consistently between attacking the player's team and applying a Makakaja buff to Black Rider. They will do this buff even if Black Rider's Magical Attack is at its max, humorously enough.

If the player fast travels to Asakusa using the Amala Link, they'll take two steps and White Rider will appear, assuming they've unlocked his fight.

Specifically, Matador wants to take the Menorah of Sovereignty. He challenges them to a duel, with the stipulation being that the winner claims the menorah.

There are ten Fiends in the game. Defeating a Fiend causes them to drop a particular Menorah, needed to progress through the Amala Network. Some Fiends, such as Matador and Hell Biker, are mandatory bosses. However, some Fiends such as Daisoujou can be missed, so the player needs to do some headhunting to get all ten of them.

Lucifer's true reveal just before his boss fight starts is truly enthralling. Just before it would seem the game is set to fade to black and roll credits, he tells the player he has a need to see their power for himself. The way it's presented isn't in such a way where the player would think he'd immediately stand from his wheelchair and challenge them, but this is what happens - and then some.

Of course, this Magatama is infamous for an entirely different reason. If the player does part ways with the Pixie they start the game with, they will receive this Magatama from her and won't have to spend money on it later. This is the biggest, most notorious noob trap in the game because trying to convince this Pixie to stay instead will lead to an excellent, much more useful and hard to acquire reward come the late game. Plus, this Magatama is incredibly cheap as is.

Focus applies a 2.5x modifier to the next physical attack the user wields. Obviously, this can have massive impact when wielded by a being like Beelzebub.

Trumpeter can indeed cast this one on himself, but he could also be prompted to cast this on one of the player's allies. This makes it a good idea for the player to try and keep a teammate very low on health. Obviously, maintaining this in the face of a powerful boss such as Trumpeter will be hard. But if the player cannot manage this, Trumpeter and his 11,000 HP will be getting a full refill.

Mother Harlot has an enormous Attack stat, to the point where even a Focus-boosted basic attack could one shot any of the player's units. Focus cannot be negated by Dekaja either, so the player must maintain some semblance of defense buffs or offense debuffs on Mother Harlot if they don't want to get steamrolled by her Focus boosted attacks.

The game has been mostly devoid of powerful Ice based Demons, so this is not likely to trouble players too, too much unless they've been going for an Ice oriented build on their main character, or just so happen to have levelled up a Mizuchi roughly thirty levels for some reason and are still using him.

Answer: His reinforcements die

Red Rider's Dragon Eye usage is almost entirely to ensure he remains reinforced at all times. This makes taking out the two Power angels with him relatively pointless, as he can just freely resummon them infinitely, and at zero cost.
