Wells is a cathedral city in the county of Somerset, England. It is situated on the Mendip Hills, and received city status in 1205. The city is named after three wells which are dedicated to St. Andrew. Film director Edgar Wright comes from the city and his 2007 film "Hot Fuzz" was filmed there.
