3. This girl is from Monaco.

Answer: Mona

(MONA)co. The most famous Mona, apart from the wife of course, must be 'The Mona Lisa', or 'La Gioconda', painted by Leonardo da Vinci. Marisa Tomei plays the part of Mona Lisa Vito in the movie 'My Cousin Vinny' (1992).
4. She was a legal eagle.

Answer: Gale

le(GAL E)agle. Gale doesn't seem to be as popular a name as I first thought. Actress Gale Storm, born Josephine Owaissa Cottle, appeared in 'Swing Parade of 1946'. Gale Sondergaard, born Edith Holm, was the favourite to play the Wicked Witch of the West, in the fantasy musical, 'The Wizard of Oz' (1939). Alas she was thought as a glamourous actress, having won her first Oscar for Best Supporting Actress in 'Anthony Adverse' (1936), so the role went to Margaret Hamilton.

Besides there are enough gales in 'The Wizard of Oz', Judy Garland playing Dorothy Gale and the house being carried away in that famous tornado scene.

As far as I'm aware, actress Gale Storm didn't audition.

l(UNA)tics. Una Stubbs played the part of Aunt Sally in the children's television show, 'Worzel Gummidge'. The series was based on the books of Barbara Euphan Todd. From the word 'taken', (Ken) can be found. lu(NAT)ics. Nat is also an acceptable answer as in Nat 'King' Cole (Nathaniel Adams Coles)
By the way folks, 'People Are Everywhere'. As my good friend, Phil Osopher once said, 'There is always someone, or something, worse off than your good self. For example, the role of the dung beetle. Life stinks for him. Happy quizzing and keep smiling.
