Vlad's mother's parents are Krone and Attila Westenra. Krone is very traditional and likes everything to be the way it should, for example, vampires have to wear capes all the time and not associate with breathers. Thus, her arrival on Vlad's birthday causes some trouble.

In this episode, Vlad and Robin compete against each other to see who will get the girl, Delilah, to go with them to the school dance. We see Vlad use his vampire powers of hypnosis as he tricks the girl into going with him instead of his best friend.

Answer: Magda

Magda does not play an important role in her children or their father's lives. Instead, she turns up when it suits her and usually when she has a plan to gain power over them. The Count is fiercely in love with her, having battled Chandu at chess in order to be with her and every time Magda does come back, having run off with her werewolf boyfriend, he welcomes her home.

Answer: Nefarious

Nefarious, meaning criminal and evil, fits the Count's personality like a glove. He does not mind being evil nor the consequences that follow it.

Answer: Olga

Olga is Harvey/Ivan's youngest child. She is very much like Ingrid, as she is evil, but very much to Ingrid's displeasure she masks it by appearing sweet and obedient. She and Ingrid challenge each other to a "Who can be the most evil?" contest and because Ingrid appears to be prepared to murder her own family, Olga loses.

Answer: Patrick

We do not ever see Patrick in the series, but he is forever mentioned by Magda and her children to make the Count angry. He can not bear to hear that name mentioned in his presence. When Robin's father suggests the name Patrick for the new baby, that is believed to be the Count's, the Count suddenly becomes furious.

This baby turns out to be Wolfie, who is not Count Dracula's son, as Magda claimed, but her and Patrick's child.

Answer: Querulous

Ingrid does enjoy moaning and generally being difficult in the hope that her father pays her more attention and that she will get some credit for her own achievements, instead of it always being about Vlad. With all that moaning, she is hardly a quiet person and having a gothic air about her and always wearing black and red clothes she can not be described as quaint.

Ingrid's personality reflects her strength, as she has to be strong for herself because nobody else is, so being queasy is never an option for her.

Answer: Renfield

Renfield is actually Renfield Jnr and serves the Draculas with loyalty and to the best of his ability. The Count often treats him badly and insults him, but Renfield continues to do his will. Renfield has a love of creepy-crawlies and invents some rather odd recipes.

Answer: Stokely

The Draculas moved to this area on account of its normality and because it has a castle. In the hearse on arrival, Ingrid complains that it is too ordinary for her but Vlad is happy to finally be part of something human, which is what he so desperately wants to be.

Answer: Transylvania

The home of vampires - Transylvania. Vlad's grandparents still live in "the Old Country" as they call it and were very annoyed that the Count chose to move his family the United Kingdom, as it was considered cowardly and shameful. The Count did reply that if they did not leave, there would be no family, so it was probably a good choice.
