Quiz Answer Key and Fun Facts
1. Where is the game "Catchin' Waves" located?

Answer: Cove

There are four modes in Catchin' Waves: Lesson (where you learn how to play the game), Freestyle (where you try out tricks and earn coins), Competition (where you impress judges) and Survival (where you dodge icebergs and try to make it to the end).

Cart Surfer is found in the Mine, DJ3K is found in the Dance Club and old newspapers are found in the Boiler Room.
2. In which game can I play against Sensei?

Answer: Card-Jitsu

Card-Jitsu is found in the Dojo. You earn belts by beating opponents (or losing against them) and if you earn the black belt you can face Sensei to earn you ninja mask. If you do this you can enter the Ninja Hideout where members can buy items from a catalog or play Card-Jitsu Fire and Card-Jitsu Water.

Sled Racing is found on Ski Hill, Find Four is located in the Ski Lodge and Mancala can be played in the Book Room.
3. Which one of these games is NOT real?

Answer: Puffle Hide-and-Seek

Puffle Roundup and Puffle Launch can be found in the Pet Shop (and Puffle Launch can be played at their igloo by members who score high enough). Puffle Rescue is found in the Mine.

In Puffle Roundup you use the mouse to herd the puffles into the pen as quickly as possible, in Puffle Rescue you cross ice, sea and mine carts to rescue puffles (and return back safely). In Puffle Launch you fire puffles out of cannons to hit balloons, pianos, clouds and most importantly puffle o's.
4. In Bean Counters, how do you unlock the special jellybean modes?

Answer: Click in the right place on the starting screen and then on jellybeans.

If you go to the starting screen of Bean Counters, there is a black line near the bottom of the top bag the penguin is holding. Click on this, and jellybeans will fall out. Click on the jellybeans and you will have the options to play in Hard, Expert and Extreme modes with multicoloured jellybean bags.

To play Bean Counters, go to the Coffee Shop and click on the bag of beans. To play, move the penguin using the mouse to catch the bags and avoid anvils, flowers and other items. Go near the platform and left click to unload the bags.
5. Which of these is not a level in System Defender?

Answer: Bits and Bolts

Bits and Bolts can be played in the Dance Lounge.

System Defender is a game only EPF agents can play. To play, build cannons to destroy enemy bots and stop them destroying the EPF mainframe. The Tutorial with G shows you how to play - I highly recommend you play it before any other levels.
6. In which of these games do you shoot moving targets with your ship?

Answer: Astro Barrier

Astro Barrier can be found in the Dance Lounge. In Hydro Hopper you dodge all obstacles on water, in Jet Pack Adventure you find coins and make it to the finish, collecting jet fuel when needed. Thin Ice is a game where you melt tiles and make it to the red square to progress to the next level.
7. In Pizzatron 3000, how do you unlock dessert mode?

Answer: Click a lever on the starting screen.

Pizzatron 3000 is found in the Pizza Parlour. Go to the starting screen and on the left hand side, underneath the logo for the game, there is a red lever. Click this, and an arrow below should change from pointing to a pizza and point to a sweet. If you want to change back to normal mode, click the lever again.

After you play the game, the arrow will automatically switch back to the pizza.
8. Which of these Aqua Grabber stamps does NOT exist?

Answer: Earn 10,000 coins on Aqua Grabber.

If you take a pink puffle into Aqua Grabber, you earn the stamp "Aqua Puffle". Place the yellow fish (Fluffy) in the net and you will get "Get Fluffy". To earn the stamp "Crab's Treasure", simply find the crab's treasure... and get it before the crab does!
9. In Ice Fishing, you can buy a special Flashing Lure Fishing Rod. What is so special about it?

Answer: You can get gray fish with it.

To capture mullet, bait it with a yellow fish (or a gray fish) as it refuses to eat the worm. To earn double coins, get all the Ice Fishing stamps. Gray fish get you twice as many coins as yellow fish, but beware, they are twice as hard to get!
10. Which penguin helps you with Dance Contest?

Answer: Cadence

Cadence introduces herself as "Cadence, also known as DJ K-Dance, mix master and dance machine". She loves dancing and can be found at any party involved with music, and a couple more.

Rockhopper sometimes arrives for parties at the Beach on his ship, The Migrator. When he does arrive, you can buy some items from him and play Treasure Hunt (if you find the key hidden in the book room).

Gary the Gadget Guy is known to make things, like Pizzatron 3000, and his AC 3000. He sometimes helps with parties, and can be found at some of them. Penguins have been known to call him G and he has been known to disappear from the Everyday Phoning Facility.

Aunt Arctic writes the newspaper with her puffles, and can occasionally be found at parties. If you meet her, or any other special characters, make sure to get their autograph, and you'll earn stamps for meeting them, too.
