1. In "The Sorcerer's Stone", who entered the forbidden room on October 31?

Answer: Professor Snape

On October 31, Professor Quirrel let a troll loose in the castle. Snape entered the room guarding the trap door to catch Quirrel red handed trying to enter through the trap door. Quirrel saw him and did not enter, while Snape was bitten by Hagrid's three headed dog, Fluffy. Harry, Ron, and Hermione did enter the room; however, it was before October 31.

2. In "The Chamber of Secrets", who was the first one to suspect Harry of being behind the attacks?

Answer: Filch

Filch suspected Harry since his cat, Mrs. Norris, was the first to be attacked. Ernie and Justin suspected Harry after he spoke Parseltongue at the dueling club.

3. In "The Prisoner of Azkaban", who questioned Dumbledore about his theory of how Sirius Black entered the castle?

Answer: Percy Weasley

Percy questioned him after he, fulfilling his duty as Head Boy, had put all the students to bed. Snape discussed it but never asked about his theory. McGonagall and Hagrid never so much as discussed it in the book.

4. In "The Goblet of Fire", who did not cast an Unforgiveable curse?

Answer: The real Mad Eye Moody

Peter Pettigrew killed Cedric Diggory at the command of his master Lord Voldemort. Barty Crouch Jr killed his father. Crouch Sr uses the Imperius curse on his son. Viktor Krum attacked Diggory, but didn't kill him, under the influence of the Imperius curse set on him by Crouch Jr. "Moody" (who was really Crouch Jr at the time) demonstrates the Unforgivable curses in a DADA class.

5. In "The Order of the Phoenix", who eats a pound of Doxy Eggs?

Answer: Cormac Mclaggen

Even though it was not mentioned in Book Five, in the sixth year Cormac stated he missed tryouts because he was sick from eating a pound of Doxy Eggs for a bet. Neither Ron nor Seamus ever ate Doxy Eggs. Neville was mentioned as eating a joke food made by Fred and George.

6. In "The Half-Blood Prince", who made a potion of his own creation during a potion class of only three people? (Everyone else was apparating in Hogsmeade.)

Answer: Ernie MacMillan

MacMillan concocted this potion after Slughorn asked them to amuse him. Draco Malfoy's Hiccuping Solution was announced by Slughorn as "merely passable". Harry created the Prince's version of A Potion to Induce Euphoria.

7. In "The Deathly Hallows", how did Fred die?

Answer: In an explosion

Percy went after Rookwood after he blew up part of the castle (the explosion for which resulted in Fred's death); during Bellatrix's duel with Mrs. Weasley, she jeered about killing Fred. J.K. Rowling has confirmed this multiple times.

Answer: Harry, Ron, Ginny, and Tom Riddle

Harry and Ginny opened the Chamber of Secrets in the second book and Ron opened it in Book Seven. Tom Riddle opened the Chamber prior to the series' time period, but we do find out about this in the second book.

9. Throughout the series, who never touched a Horcrux?

Answer: Pius Thicknesse

If you remember, Harry was a horcrux and everyone except Thicknesse touched him.

10. Throughout the series, who never killed someone or something?

Answer: Luna

Harry killed the Basilisk, Voldemort (which depends on your perspective whether he killed himself or not), and a Horcrux. Neville killed Nagini and Hermione also destroyed a Horcrux. Luna was never mentioned as killing anyone.
