Zeus thought Poseidon took his lightning bolt. Hades thought Zeus/Poseidon took his helm of darkness. Luke actually stole both and gave them to Ares, but Percy managed to return the items to their owners before a war between the gods started.

One of the campers played a dangerous prank on a Hunter that meant she could not go on the quest. Since Camp Half-Blood only rains when the camp leader wants it to, the prophecy appeared to refer to that Hunter. It actually referred to Bianca, who died in a desert.
