1. RELIGION. Which book of the King James Bible is found between Deuteronomy and Judges?

Answer: Joshua

According to the Bible, Joshua became leader of the Israelites following the death of Moses and led them in their conquest of Canaan. The book of Joshua describes how the waters of the River Jordan parted to allow him to lead the Israelites across the river.

At the city of Jericho, the Israelites carried the Ark of the Covenant for six days and on the seventh, when Joshua rallied them for battle, the city walls collapsed, allowing the Israelites to destroy the city and its inhabitants.
2. MUSIC. Which MC had a worldwide hit in 1990 with "U Can't Touch This"?

Answer: Hammer

1990 was quite the year for MC Hammer as he followed "U Can't Touch This" with two further big hits, "Have You Seen Her" and "Pray". Although he continued to have hits with varying degrees of success over the following five years, none matched his 1990 high point. In 1984, Hammer formed a gospel rap group called The Holy Ghost Boys and collaborated with fellow member Jon Gibson on his hit, "The Wall" (1988) which was the first ever rap hit on the Contemporary Christian music chart.

In 1997, he became an ordained minister and began a TV ministry called "M.C. Hammer and Friends" and officiated at the weddings of Corey Feldman and Susie Sprague in 2002 and Vince Neil and Lia Gerardini in 2005.
3. FILM. Stars of "A Grand Day Out" (1989), Wallace and Gromit are made of which material?

Answer: Clay

Claymation is the practice of recording single frames of a malleable substance, usually plasticine clay, then playing the frames back at high speed to simulate movement.
The art has been around since the early 20th century but became mainstream with the success of characters in kids TV shows such as Gumby in "Howdy Doody" (1955-56), who went on to have his own TV show in the 1980s.
Other claymation stars include Mio and Mao from the early 1970s, Morph who originally appeared in 1977 and Pingu in the 1990s. Wallace and Gromit followed their 1989 success of "A Grand Day Out" with movies such as "The Wrong Trouser" (1993) and "Wallace & Gromit: The Curse of the Were-Rabbit" (2005).
Claymation has also been used in music videos. Most notably "Road To Nowhere" (1985) by Talking Heads and Peter Gabriel's "Sledgehammer" in 1986.

During his first term in office, he signed the Family and Medical Leave Act of 1993, allowing employees to take unpaid leave for serious medical conditions and pregnancy and signed the Brady Bill which mandates federal background checks on people who purchase firearms. He also implemented the "Don't Ask, Don't Tell" directive which stops the military from inquiring about an individual's sexual orientation.
He also oversaw the Waco siege during which 24 children died and signed the Defence of Marriage Act, which defined marriage for federal purposes as the legal union of one man and one woman.
His second term will always be remembered for the Monica Lewinsky affair, when Clinton became just the second US president to be impeached.

Choose pleasure" also in the 2010s.

6. HISTORY. Who led the British Royal Navy to victory at the Battle of Trafalgar?

Answer: Nelson

Vice Admiral Horatio Nelson thwarted Napoleon's plan to take control of the English Channel and then invade England in 1805. The combined French and Spanish fleets set sail from Cadiz in southern Spain but Nelson's fleet was waiting for them at Cape Trafalgar. A fierce battle ensued, in which the organisational skills of Nelson and the better training of the British proved pivotal as they were heavily outnumbered.
In total the French and Spanish forces lost 22 of their 40 ships with over 4000 men killed and 2500 wounded. By contrast the British lost none of their 33 ships and suffered only 450 deaths with 1200 men wounded.
In honour of Nelson and his great victory, monuments have been erected in Glasgow, Scotland; Portsmouth, England; Dublin, Ireland; Bridgetown, Barbados; and Montreal, Canada.
The best known monument however is the 45 metre (148 feet) high, Nelson's Column in Trafalgar Square, London.
7. SPORT. Which English rugby league club is nicknamed "The Wire"?
