"Carrie" the Musical Trivia Quiz

Billy Nolan is Chris Hargensen's boyfriend. They make out throughout the entire show; however, when asked why she's dating him by Sue, she says that she only is dating Billy to scare her dad and get a car.

Sue notices that Norma (one of the girls in Chris' posse) acts very suspicious at prom. When Sue tries to stop her, the teachers think Sue is trying to ruin Carrie's night so they don't listen to her. Obviously, Norma gets away with her deceitful act.

One of the first scenes in the musical is where all of the kids are playing volleyball. A rally begins, but Carrie misses the ball. Sadly, because of this, all of the kids start to ridicule her.

Carrie discovers that she can move things with her mind after exploring the subject of telekinesis in books. Once she discovers her talent, she exercises her mind so that her power can become stronger.

Miss Gardner is the teacher who punishes the other girls when they make fun of Carrie. She also gives Carrie valuable life advice many times throughout the show. She tells her that beauty is found within and to be herself.

Tommy recites his original poem in Mr. Stephen's class. Carrie is in awe and she says that it is beautiful. Just beautiful. Then everyone makes fun of her and calls Tommy's poem gay.

Margaret tries to persuade Carrie to stay at home with her but Carrie will not listen. She can't believe that someone (especially Tommy Ross) asked her to prom. They end up getting in a fight, and Carrie screams at her mother that she's going no matter what Margaret does. "He'll have me home by midnight. I've accepted Momma. I've accepted."

In Margaret's messed up mind, blood symbolizes the sin that originated within Eve in the garden of Eden. She punishes Carrie by rapping her knuckles because she knows that Carrie sinned, from her blood.

Answer: Carrie uses her powers to kill her.

After Carrie is stabbed by Margaret, she continues to fight her mother and finally decides the only way to stop her is to kill her with her powers. Shortly after Margaret dies, Sue finds Carrie slowly dying as well from when her mother stabbed her. One of the last scenes consists of Sue singing to Carrie who dies in her arms.
