Billy Nolan is Chris Hargensen's boyfriend. They make out throughout the entire show; however, when asked why she's dating him by Sue, she says that she only is dating Billy to scare her dad and get a car.
2. Who messes with the ballots during prom to ensure that Carrie wins homecoming queen?

Sue notices that Norma (one of the girls in Chris' posse) acts very suspicious at prom. When Sue tries to stop her, the teachers think Sue is trying to ruin Carrie's night so they don't listen to her. Obviously, Norma gets away with her deceitful act.

Answer: Carrie uses her powers to kill her.

After Carrie is stabbed by Margaret, she continues to fight her mother and finally decides the only way to stop her is to kill her with her powers. Shortly after Margaret dies, Sue finds Carrie slowly dying as well from when her mother stabbed her. One of the last scenes consists of Sue singing to Carrie who dies in her arms.
