Janos uses glamour to give the illusion that he is more scary looking than he really is: e.g. thinner face, hollow eyes, etc.

2. In "The Lunatic Cafe" who does Jean Claude lock in a coffin?

Also known as Gretel, she is in love with Jean Claude but he isn't interested in her and locks her in the coffin because she attacked Anita.
