In 972 NE the daughter-heir of Andor, Tigraine, left her own country after have been ordered by Gatina Sedai to set for the Aiel Waste. When the Aiel crossed the Dragonwall some years later to avenge King Lamar cutting down Avendolerada, Tigraine was a Maiden of the Spear and had a relationship with a clan chief.

At the final battle outside Tar Valon, Tigraine gave birth to Rand al'Thor, the Dragon Reborn. Tam al'Thor adopted him and raised him in the Two Rivers.

Among other terms for death can "Jak o' the Shadows" be mentioned, mainly heard when "the Band of the Red Hand" sings their song.

The Brotherless consists of the Aiel who have left their clans to join the Shaido, since they cannot accept a wetlander as the Car'a'carn. Their societies among the Shaido wouldn't accept them and thus they formed a thirteenth society.

9. What is Mat's weapon called?

Answer: Ashandarei

The inscription on this power-wrought spear-sword says: "Thus is our treaty written; thus is agreement made. Thought is the arrow of time; memory never fades. What was asked is given; the price is paid." Mat recieved the Ashandarei when he went through a twisted doorway in Rhuidean.
