1. "A Boy and His Monster": Who was going to help Malakili get the rancor, and get him off Tatooine?

Answer: Lady Valarian

She knew that Jabba would be angry if his rancor disappeared suddenly. Malakili came to her and asked her for a transport off Tatooine. This story was written by the editor, Kevin Anderson.
2. "Taster's Choice": Why did Jabba accuse Porcellus of putting fierfek, or a curse, on his food?

Answer: Jubnuk and Oola died shortly after eating his food.

For Hutts, fierfek doesn't mean direct poisoning, but that a curse is put on those who eat it. This story is by Barbara Hambly.
3. "That's Entertainment": What was the university that Melvosh Bloor was from?

Answer: Beshka

It was made of mainly the Kalkal race, and was home to others such as Ra Yasht, Skarten, and P'tan. This short story is written by Ester Friesner.
4. "A Time to Mourn, a Time to Dance": Who talked to Oola and apologized for her conditions?

Answer: C-3P0

At the beginning, C-3P0 goes up to her and gives his condolences on her position. Kathy Tyers wrote this story.

Answer: Sullustan gin

He was very angry when he saw she was with another Whipid. This one was written by both Marina Fitch and Mark Budz.

She became a dancer for Jabba to get at Skywalker. Strangely enough, she ends up marrying him in the future. This story was written by Timothy Zahn, a well known "Star Wars" author.
7. "And Then There Were Some": Who was the Gamorrean who always picked on Gartogg?

Answer: Rogua

All five of them were Jabba's guards; some more were Thung, Jubnuk, and Warlug. William Wu came up with this short book.
8. "Old Friends": After Jabba was killed, what happened to Ephant Mon?

Answer: He went to Vinsoth and straightened out his life.

On Vinsoth he spoke out on the slavery of the Chev. Kennerh Flint made up this story.
9. "Goatgrass": Finish the quote made by Ree-Yees about the Gamorrean guard. "So you say, spawn of ______ worm!"

Answer: Nilgarian

This is a type of worm that has never been seen in any movies, books, or anything in the expanded universe except for in "Goatgrass". This small book was made by Deborah Wheeler.
10. "And the Band Played On": What was the name of the band at the beginning of the story?

Answer: Evar Orbus and his Galactic Jizz-Wailers

When Evar Orbus was killed in the firefight with Figrin D'an and the Modal Nodes, it was renamed The Max Rebo Band. John Gregory Betancourt wrote this small story.

Jabba was going to give him to the rancor, but Bib convinced him to let it go a few days, so that Bib could get the B'omarr Monks to remove his brain. They did, but ended up "enlightening" him. M. Shayne Bell wrote this story.
12. "The Great God Quay": Which of these did the Weequays not guess, after the ball said that it started with a "b"?

Answer: Booma

Booma is a blue substance that shorts out droids, it is most known for being used against the B1 droids in "Episode 1" by the Gungans. George Alec Effinger is the teller of this story.
13. "A Bad Feeling": Where does this story start out?

Answer: Cloud City

EV-9D9 is originally owned by Lando Calrissian. This short story is authored by both Judith and Garfield Reeves-Stevens.
14. "A Free Quarren in The Palace": Who came in and woke Tessek from his nap to inform him of the Alliance's infiltration of the Palace?

Answer: Barada

Barada told Tessek about Leia disguising as a Ubese. The creator of this tale is Dave Wolverton.

Geran is a planet that's atmosphere is heavily composed of Hydron-Three. Jabba gave Daollyn, the Geran in this story, enough to last the day, but when Jabba died Daollyn needed to find the Hydron-Three to live. A. C. Crispin wrote this story.
20. Which of the stories in this book do not go outside of the Palace?

Answer: And Then There Were Some

"And the Band Played On" started in Mos Eisley, "The Great God Quay" went into the Dune Sea, and "Goatgrass" went to the Sarlacc pit.
