Amaleh is a mysterious girl, but by now Septimus believed that she might be sorceress. Septimus tried to correct her but she insisted that she had felt the voice; that voice she felt was that of Captain Archemon. He stole the Amulet so he could use it to inform Ganzicus of the journey.

He jumped off a cliff. The guards did every little to stop him. He was a dead man after all.

Septimus waited for just the right angle and fired the crossbow, striking the dragon in the roof of the mouth, which penetrated far enough to hit the dragon's brain, killing it. The King's warriors were not about to let the dragon's carcass go to waste. After the ships were unloaded, the ship's crew feasted on dragon steaks.

Captain Kronson made the suggestion to Septimus and was able to control Gorlenah in flight.

The Dark Dragon of Demonica is evil at its finest. It was actually Amaleh who defeated Ganzicus, but Septimus had distracted Ganzicus long enough for Amaleh to finish what Septimus had started.
