Halle Berry broke her arm filming a very emotional scene with co-star Robert Downey Jr.

2. What is the name of the patient Miranda is assessing at the start of the movie?

Answer: Chloe

Penelope Cruz plays Chloe, a girl who was put into this mental hospital for killing her step-father.

3. At the start of the movie when Miranda talks to Doug in his office "If I'm the mirror and she's the image - then what are you?" How does Doug reply?

Dr. Douglas reveals a very chilling part of himself here. This makes sense later in the movie.

A little boy runs into the road and is hit by a truck - he vanishes before he is killed. Miranda thinks this is just a trick of her imagination and ignores it. She also walks past the wanted poster featuring the little boy.
